UP BEd JEE 2026 Direct Admission on Minority Seats

Minority institutes have right to give admission on their own minority seats by doing their own entrance exam. But many times they not do it. They take students from the merit list of candidates who gave the joint entrance exam. After that, they send list of admitted students for checking and verification. This whole thing take lot of time and work. To make it easy for institutes and students, one extra round of counselling is being planned.

About the Counselling Round

Minority institutions already joined regular counselling rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Round 4) for their non-minority seats, which is 50% of total seats in institute. This new round will be only for minority seats, that means the other 50% seats. Minority institutes can fill these minority seats through this counselling if they want. This round not compulsory. Only those minority institutes who wish to fill their minority seats using the BEd JEE 2026 merit list need to take part. Minority institutes can also do admission on minority seats by any other way, but they must follow BEd admission rules and take permission from the university they are connected with. If they do that, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi will not check or verify the list of admitted students.
