- There are certain benefits associated with candidates who belong to reservations or other categories. Candidates who are married or divorced need to mention it in the application form or inform the exam conducting body (Bundelkhand University, Jhansi) to avail of the relaxations fixed for these categories.

What is the UP BEd JEE Eligibility Criteria 2025?
UP B.ED JEE Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit
As per the official notification of UP BEd JEE, candidates planning to appear in the entrance exam must be of not more than 21 years of age. There is no age relaxation for candidates in the reserved category. Visually impaired candidates will be given a 5% relaxation in the age limit.
Yes, UP BEd JEE the exam conducting authority will also release the merit list after the declaration of the result. In the counselling session, candidates will be allotted the UP BEd colleges as per their preferences and rank obtained in the merit list.
There are no fixed number of attempts in the UP BEd JEE exam. Candidates must have at least a Graduation Degree or post-graduate degree to appear in the UP Ed JEE exam, with minimum marks of 50% marks for general category candidates and 47.5% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to appear and there is no upper age limit for them. There is no age relaxation for candidates from the reserved categories either.
UP B.ED JEE Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
As per the educational qualification required to fill in the UP BEd JEE application form, candidates must complete their Graduation/Post Graduation from a recognized university or college with 50% marks.
Also, candidates who completed B.E. or B. Tech with at least 55% marks in Science and Maths will also be considered for admission into the BEd course. There is also a fixed minimum percentage for Graduation in different streams which is mentioned in the following table:

Scribe Allowance
Visually impaired candidates will be eligible to avail themselves of the facility of scribe. However, the visually impaired candidate will have to ensure that they produce all the certificates of their disability. The scribe will be provided by the center on the day of the examination.
While filling out the UP BEd JEE application form, candidates can choose the subject for paper 2. As per the official exam pattern, there are 4 subjects - Arts, Science, Commerce, and Agriculture between which candidates can make their choice.
