The ICAR AICE start of the display of seats had started on November 14, 2025, and the end of choice filling was closed on November 16, 2025. The ICAR deadline for online document verification by universities and resubmission of documents by students was on November 18, 2025. ICAR AICE Final Round Counselling last date to submit the seat acceptance fee was November 19, 2025. And the last date was November 21, 2025 (5.00 PM). ICAR AICE JRF/SRF Counselling Schedule

The ICAR AICE JRF SRF 2025 Counselling Schedule notice has been released on the official website. The ICAR 2025 Counselling schedule has been released in online mode for those who want to pursue post-graduation and PhD courses.

The registration for counselling, choice filling, payment of counselling fee, and uploading of the documents had started on October 14, 2025. Second Round started on November 01, 2025. The Third Round on November 06, 2025 from 10 AM, Fourth Round on November 10, 2025 from 10 AM onwards and the MOP-UP (Final Round) on November 14, 2025 (Friday) 5.00 pm.

Below is the table mentioning the events and dates of ICAR counselling for the academic session 2025-26. The ICAR AICE JRF/SRF counselling process is conducted in four rounds, followed by one mop-up/ final round. Only those who qualify for the ICAR entrance exam are eligible for the counselling Process.

ICAR AICE Counselling Process

ICAR Counselling Process is based on these BASIS that students need to understand:

Registration: Students need to first register themselves on the official website of ICAR. Once student is registered, he/she can log in and pay counselling fee which is worth Rs. 500. Fee can only be paid via online mode i.e. net banking/credit card/debit card.

Choice Filling: After registering successfully and paying the fee student will have to log in and select the choice for specialiSation and the university of interest according to the marks secured.

Seat Allotment: Students will be allotted seats on the preferred specialisation and course on basis of merit and availability of seats.

Verification of Document: Once students have downloaded their provisional admission letter they will have to report to university and submit the documents. After all documents have been verified students will receive their final admission letter.

No, you have failed to complete the counselling session on the scheduled date and time allotted, the seat will be offered to another candidate.
