ICAR AICE JRF/SRF 2025 Application Process: Check Last Date, Fees, Eligibility & How to Apply

Candidates must read the following steps on how to apply for ICAR JRF/SRF (PGS) which are as follows:

Step 1: Registration

Eligible candidates had to visit the official website of ICAR AICE NTA. On landing on the official website, students will have to register as a ‘New User’. From there on the candidate has to fill in details such as their name, mobile number, subject interested in, and email ID. Once registered, an application form number will be created. The candidate can proceed to fill up the application form.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

Once the candidate registered online, the candidate had to log in once again as an ‘existing user’ and enter the application form number. From there the candidate had to fill in their personal details and academic details.

Step 3: Attach Images

Once the personal and academic details are filled in, the candidate can proceed to attach the scanned copies of their documents, photographs, and signatures in the application form. Students are advised that the images being uploaded should be according to the prescribed dimensions and sizes as mentioned in the application form.

Step 4: Application Fee

The candidate has to pay the application fee via online mode which is through net banking/credit card/debit card.

• Candidate’s name
• Father’s name
• Personal details
• Academic details
• Contact details and address
• Upload photograph and signature

Applicants should keep the following aspects in mind while filling out the ICAR AICE JRF/SRF 2025 application form:

• The ICAR AICE JRF/SRF application form other than online mode was not accepted.
• Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
• Candidates must follow the instructions strictly. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
• Candidates must ensure that the email address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the email address or SMS on the given Mobile Number only.
• No request for refund of fee once remitted by the candidate will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances.
• The entire application process of AICE-JRF/SRF (PhD)-2025 is online, including uploading of scanned images, Payment of Fees, and Printing of Confirmation Pages. Therefore, candidates are not required to send/submit any document(s) including Confirmation Page to NTA/ICAR through Post/ Fax/ E-mail/By Hand.
