AKTU cutoff for BTech is based on All india Quota and Home State Quota. For the Home State Quota, AKTU offers admission to B.Tech. in Agriculture Engineering and B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) through KEAM followed by Counselling. MBA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. AKTU offers MBA at campus through the Institute of Engineering & Technology, UP Institute of Design and Faculty of Management Studies. Application process: The mode of application is online. Candidates must visit the AKTU affiliated college offering admission to B.Ed course for registration.

Selection rounds: Candidates will be shortlisted for B.Ed admission based on IPU CET score. 

Admission confirmation: After completion of the selection rounds, candidates will be called for document verification and counselling. The selected candidates will need to pay fee to confirm their seat.

The selection of candidates to AKTU's BTech programme is based on their UPSEE ranks. The counselling process is also managed and regulated by UPSEE based on which the candidates are allotted seats. However, AKTU has reserved 20% of the total sanctioned seats for the candidates with a valid JEE Main score. JEE Main-qualified candidates are exempted from UPSEE and need to register directly for the counselling process. Master of computer Applications (MCA) admission at Institute of Engineering and Technology AKTU is offered to the students on the basis of merit of the qualifying exam.

AKTU MCA fees is 64775 INR (yearly) for two years.

The eligibility criteria for opting for MCA degree in AKTU  is as follows:

• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. 
• Candidates have studied Mathematics as a subject at the 10+2 level or during graduation.
• Candidates should have a valid score in the UPSEE entrance exam which is conducted by AKTU or any other equivalent national level entrance exam.
• It is also important for the candidates to meet the age criteria set by the university.

According to Times of India it is reported that total number of 70,000 seats were allocated for the B.Tech students at the Institute of Engineering and Technology AKTU. 

However only 30,000 candidates have registered and the rest 40,000 remain vacant after several poorly-resourced engineering colleges shut, culling thousands of seats.

In 2021-22, AKTU had 1.34 Lacs BTech seats,   according to the Times of India 44,384 seats remained vacant.

The total tuition fee for the B.Tech CSE course is INR 3.40 lakh. Apart from the course fee, students also have to pay one-time, hostel, exam registration feee, etc. Students can visit the official website to know more.

Eligibility: Candidates should have passed Class 12 from UP board/ CBSE or any other equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 45% aggregate in Class 12 (40% for SC/ ST candidates) to apply for BTech course.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University commenced the UPTAC counselling 2024 registration at the official website. Applicants with a valid JEE Main score can complete the UPTAC counselling registration at uptac.admissions.nic.in. The last date to complete the UPCET counselling registration is July 17. The University offers admission to BTech courses through the affiliated colleges. First year of B.Tech is same for all branches at AKTU. Syllabus of first year is designed to introduce students with basics of all engineering branches. No, AKTU accepts IPU CET score for providing admission to B.Ed course as per an unofficial source. IPU CET is a pen and paper based test conducted for a duration of three hours. The question paper includes 150 questions. After completing Class 12, candidates can apply for IPU CET for B.Ed admission. AKTU offers B.Ed course through BIMS Lucknow, RBMI Greater Noida, Kalka Institute for Research and Advanced Studies and Shri Sai College of Education.

 2: Candidates should have qualified JEE Main, CUET, KEAM or IPU CET for admission to BTech course. 

3: The counselling process of shortlisted candidates will be managed and regulated by AKTU based on which the candidates will be allotted seats.
