I like the environment of my college. Teachers are supportive, and seniors are always helpful.
Placements: I am a student of Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. I am pursuing B.Com. As we all know from the B.Com course, we can't expect a good package as a fresher. In our university we have very few opportunities. When enterprises come to hire, they hire very few people with an average package of 3-5 LPA. Nowadays corporations want personnel with skills rather than just degree so I insist to my universities to introduce skill courses even in the B.Com like advanced Excel, Tally, SQL, etc.
Infrastructure: Quality in the hostel is just decent. The canteen is likely to be closed on most days and in dining, the food taste is good some days and not. I appeal to the university to provide subsidies to the mess services in the hostel to improve the quantity and the quality as our meals are protein-efficient.
Faculty: The curriculum of our course is good but I insisted on modernizing it with a mandatory skilled course in finance, marketing, data, etc. Nowadays industries do not just want you to graduate but they want skillful and hardworking candidates. I am trying to be the best version of myself every day.
Other: The events are increasingly occurring in the university nowadays which is the best thing.

Absolutely satisfied with facilities, infrastructure, nominal fee, faculty, and placement.
Placements: Two batches of 100 students get placed in the Bachelor of Commerce course. The highest package in this course is 9.6 LPA, the lowest package is 3.6 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, EY, TCS, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank.
Infrastructure: Our department has good facilities for students. There is free Wi-Fi for internet access across the campus. Classrooms are clean and equipped with projectors and whiteboards. We have a library with textbooks, reference books, a reading area, and a computer lab.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and have good knowledge of their subjects. They teach in an easy and understandable way and are always ready to clear doubts. The teaching quality is good. They support both theory and practical learning.
Other: I chose Bachelor of Commerce to enhance my knowledge in the fields of commerce, finance, and management. I wish to change one thing, which is to have more practical learning.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were very good. In every department, Wi-Fi, library, and labs facilities were also available and good. Hostel facilities were good. Mess food was also good.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. All teachers were very qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams were also moderate. Course curriculum was also relevant. Passing percentage was 60%.

I haven't seen good placements in my college yet, But if you are planning to do PhD from AMU, then you have a good scope in future.

B.Com from Aligarh Muslim University.
Placements: The placement in the B.Com course offered by AMU is too low, with around 10 students getting placed, often with a minimal salary of 4 LPA. Companies that recruit B.Com students here are not big names. The top roles offered are accountant or assistant accountant.
Infrastructure: The college and hostel infrastructure are good, with a dining hall, games room, and Wi-Fi covering all university. Classrooms have air conditioning facilities. The quality of food in the hostel is decent and suits the fee charges for it. If you are poor, it is good for you.
Faculty: Each year, there are two semesters, and before each semester, sessional exams of 30 marks are held. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares you for the world coming ahead, fitting your career. But, you can't rely solely on the college itself, you have to learn skills on your own. The semester exams are easy.

Worthy because of affordability, good facilities, and awesome culture but bad placements post covid.
Placements: TPO is worse in bachelor of commerce. Almost 10% (real data) low placements but if you are a serious and enthusiast then you surely can achieve heights there. Companies there offer jobs of 3 LPA on average. Most of the students go for higher education because they cannot get placed in today's highly competitive job market.
Infrastructure: Honesty, infrastructure is worthy and reasonable. We get everything there like Wi-Fi, labs, and smart class. But we have no library for B.Com (Hons) and also there is no seminar for UG students in the department of commerce, AMU. Hostel is good and all facilities are available along with periodic functions, games, etc.
Faculty: Teachers in B.Com are knowledgeable and highly qualified with deep knowledge. If you are eager to learn they will help and guide you in all aspects. The only thing they want is true respect. Course is according to the most recent norms and updated as per NEP. But you need to put in some extra effort and show seriousness because academic study is not enough to place you in a highly competitive industry.
Other: I took commerce in 11th and 12th. Later pursued CMA US, but I had no other option with it. Getting a graduation is compulsory and Aligarh Muslim University is decent enough and also affordable.

It is a very good college. I suggest students take admission here.
Placements: Placements for B.Com graduates at AMU specific and detailed statistics are somewhat limited. According to available information, approximately 60 to 70 percent of students from the B.Com program secure placements. The highest salary package ranges between 10-12 LPA and the lowest package is 3.2 LPA. The average salary package offered for B.Com graduates is 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: At the heart of AMU's academic resources the Maulana Azad Library is recognised as the largest university library in Asia. Seven storey building houses over 1.8 million documents including rare manuscripts and periodicals and provides extensive reading rooms and digital resources. Classrooms across the campus are equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors and audio visual systems enhancing the learning experience.
Faculty: Faculty members comprise several other esteemed professors, including Prof. Nawab Ali Khan, Prof. Mohd. Asif Khan, and Prof S. M. Khan, each bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their respective fields. These faculty members are actively involved in various academic and administrative roles contributing significantly to the departments growth and the university overall development.

The college is known for its manners and kindness.
Placements: 60% of students get placed in my college. The highest package is 7 LPA and the lowest package is 3.25 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Capgemini, and Genpact. The percentage of students who get internships is at least 30-40%. The role offered in our courses is engineering.
Infrastructure: There is a great infrastructure in my college. It has a lot of buildings and Mosque. Departments are well-furnished. Hostels are clean. It provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, and smart classrooms. The food quality of the mess is very nice and it will help us to be fitter.
Faculty: There are semester-wise examinations. It conducts twice examinations a year. Every semester results are arrived after each semester. The percentage of each semester is very nice. Only some students do not pass exams.
Other: I chose a Bachelor of Commerce course because I love to work in the field of finance and it will give me great, and future opportunities. It has great success and it will help me to become self-independent to help my family.

It should work on their faculty members.
Placements: 60-70% of students get placed in our course. The highest package ranges from 10-12 LPA. The lowest package is 3.2 LPA. The average package ranges from 5-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like SEBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and other banks visit the college to hire students from our course. 30-40% of students got internships in companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Pinkvilla, Meesho, HDFC Bank, etc. Roles like managing director; chartered accountant, etc., are offered to students.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided are quite habitual and very helpful for students. The university is quite considerate of classrooms. Although, facilities provided for the hostels are not quite good and the food provided in mess is tasteless.
Faculty: I don't know if the teachers are appointed on what basis because they are definitely not fit for the respective role. Students learn many things in college. Exams go well if we study properly and the pass percentage for the exams is 33%.
Other: I chose this course to flourish my skills to become a future entrepreneur. I really get to learn about a lot of things. Teachers should basically know how to interact with students rather than insult them and make them lose their confidence. Fests and events conducted here are quite good. The campus surroundings here literally make our lives much easier.

For AMU, you need to give entrance called CUET conducted by NTA and after AMU will release their own cut-off based on the preference and marks obtained by the candidate.

You need to qualify the entrance of AMU, B.Com after completing your class 12th from commerce stream. For entrance, you need to prepare accountancy, micro and macro economics and business studies of class 12th. Besides this, you need to prepare stats of class 11th and general English.
