AMU offers MSc as a two-year postgraduate programme offered in the full-time mode. To be eligible to pursue MSc at AMU, candidates must have scored at least 55% in Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Hence, a candidate scoring less that 50% in their graduation degree is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can pursue MSc at some other college or university. Yes, Aligarh Muslim University admission to most of the courses is based on CUET scores. Admission to AMU undergraduate courses including  BSc (Hons.) Community Science, BA (Hons/Research), BVoc in Production Technology, Polymer and Coating Technology and Fashion Design & Garment Technology and BSc (Hons/Research) is completely based on valid Central University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) scores. From the academic session 2022, all the central universities along with a few state-deemed universities and private universities started accepting CUET scores for admission to their UG and PG courses. 

For undergraduate admission to courses, including BA (Hons), BVoc and BSc (Hons) through CUET-UG, candidates must have a valid CUET-UG score. For BA (Hons) admission, candidates must have to attempt the Domain/ General/ Languages sections of CUET while appearing for the entrance test along with the minimum eligibility criteria set by AMU. Final selection for most of the UG and PG courses via CUET is based on candidates' performance in the counselling round. Talking about the minimum eligibility requirement for AMU UG courses, candidates must have passed the Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50%. There is no such provision for direct admission to any of the programmes offered at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). Candidates seeking admission at AMU must meet the eligibility criteria laid down by the university. Those who meet the eligibility criteria can register for the prescribed entrance examinations. No, the university is open to all irrespective of caste, creed, religion or gender. All one has to do is fulfill the eligibility criteria and secure a seat in this university. Admission to various courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are the AMU Entrance Exam,  CUET, and others. Aligarh Muslim University do follow a reservation policy which can be checked from the official website. Recently, in a press statement as released by the Indian Express, Aligarh University member clarified that the university has never followed a policy of reserving seats for Muslims. “It rather reserves 50% seats for internal students regardless of their religion or caste, ”. 

The Faculty of Law at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) offers both merit-based and entrance-based admissions. To secure admission, students need to go through entrance tests conducted by the university or be selected based on their merit. AMU's Faculty of Law provides a range of programs including B.A.LL.B (Integrated Five years) Course, LL.M. (Two years) Course, and Three P.G. Diploma Courses in different specializations. The department boasts a strong faculty, many of them holding Doctorate Degrees in various areas of law. AMU MBBS cut off 2023 is based on NEET scores and finally on NEET Counselling. NEET 2023 Counselling has been released up to Round 4. The university also offers BDS courses. The counselling for BDS has been concluded after Round 5.
