Aligarh Muslim University B.P.Ed is a full time course. It runs for two years. Admissions are done through a Physical Fitness & Skill Test conducted by the department. This test is held offline at the campus. Students must be at least 27 years old to apply for this course
Moreover, the highest achievement certificate in sports from three previous academic sessions will also be considered for B.P.Ed admission. Students need to produce the medical fitness certificate from the registered Medical Officer and the highest achievement certificate in sports in original at the time of the physical fitness test. Minimum eligibility criteria of AMU B.P.Ed:
Eligibility: Passed a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Also, should have participated in Inter-College/ Inter-Zonal / District / School competition in sports and games. Those who do not have this should have done a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a minimum of 5% marks or a bachelor’s in any discipline with 45% marks and studied physical education as a compulsory elective subject.

For undergraduate admission to courses, including BA (Hons), BVoc and BSc (Hons) through CUET-UG, candidates must have a valid CUET-UG score. For BA (Hons) admission, candidates must have to attempt the Domain/ General/ Languages sections of CUET while appearing for the entrance test along with the minimum eligibility criteria set by AMU. Final selection for most of the UG and PG courses via CUET is based on candidates' performance in the counselling round. STEP 1: Registration
Visit AMU's official website to register for counselling. The payment for admission may also be had to be paid on the same portal.
STEP 2: Provisional Admission
After counselling, provisional admission shall be granted to the shortlisted candidates.
STEP 3: Document Verification & Physical Reporting
After selection, candidates have to report physically at the university and submit a list of documents. Candidates must carry original documents.

The AMU exam authority will verify all the documents uploaded by the candidates, and in case there is any discrepancy in the documents, they will ask to re-upload the documents in correct manner. Once the documents are verified, AMU cutoff in the form of merit list/ firm list will be published on the website.
