AMU offers MSc as a two-year postgraduate programme offered in the full-time mode. To be eligible to pursue MSc at AMU, candidates must have scored at least 55% in Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Hence, a candidate scoring less that 50% in their graduation degree is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can pursue MSc at some other college or university. For Aligarh Muslim University BTech admission, students are required to pass Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates with a minimum aggregate of 50% in a Diploma in Engineering are also eligible for BTech admission at AMU.

AMU MBBS cut off 2023 is based on NEET scores and finally on NEET Counselling. NEET 2023 Counselling has been released up to Round 4. The university also offers BDS courses. The counselling for BDS has been concluded after Round 5. AMU Medical cutoff for NEET UG Last Round seat allotment was 8597 for MBBS and 31517 for BDS for the General category candidates belonging to All India Quota.
