Amity Law School is one of the best private law schools in West Bengal.

Placements: As this is a law course, majority of students here are not first-generation lawyers and often practice with their parents. Amity provides placements in the corporate sector and is very helpful about it. I am not aware of the highest or lowest package offered. Internships are provided by the college, but there are criteria, and not everyone gets them.

Great college life, average placement. Enjoyed 2 years of fests - Amity hosts the best in Kolkata.

Placements: 60-70% of students were placed in our MCA course. The highest package was 12 LPA offered by IBM, the average package was 5-6 LPA offered by some startup companies, and the lowest package ranged from 2.8 to 3.5 LPA. As far as I know, IBM was the top recruiting company. The college provides both paid and unpaid internships. For unpaid internships, you must pay the registration fees, and the same applies to paid internships. You may also receive performance-based offers or PPOs.

I did a master's from Amity University, Kolkata.

Placements: Particularly in my course, there are no placements. However, for other departments, there are placements. Students get placements from top companies like Amazon, TCS, PwC, etc. Even if there are no placements offered in this course, one can still contact the placement cell and enquire about it.
