My college is amazing, from the outer building to its wonderful architecture.
Placements: My batch is very amazing. The students and the staff members are very much cooperative and they help us out with each and every problem. The students are also very helpful and cooperative. Almost 95% of the students get internships from the college only.
Infrastructure: The facility given to us is mind-blowing as we are provided with different laboratories to work and each laboratory has well-maintained equipment to work. The Wi-Fi connection is given to us and the library is also there. I didn’t opt for the hostel, but my friends told me that it's good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is fantastic. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. They are always ready to help the students with their problems and they are very cooperative with us. So, I like my teachers and the way they teach.
Other: I chose this course because my 12th was in medical. Moreover, I’m interested in the medical field as I want to become a doctor and help people.

A college of emotions ( A layers of meaning : a deep drive into the college).
Placements: 60–65% of students get campus placement in my batch, and a few are going for M.Sc. The highest package is INR 500000, the average is INR 350000, and the lowest package is INR 200000 per annum. In the medical sector, the top hospitals for placemens are Max, Fortis, and the instrument-making company Rotaxa, etc. The quality control officer is the top role in my batch.
Infrastructure: D7 block is for the B.Sc. MLT, phototherapy, and forensic science. The class is well maintained and has AC along with a projector. I don't live in the hostel, but the infrastructure is very good. AC is also provided in the hostel. The hostel chefs are from 5-star hotels.
Faculty: All teachers are very good, and their nature is friendly. They help us in every situation and guide us on how to overcome it. The syllabus of the university is the same as the ministry syllabus for MLT. 96% of students easily pass the semester exam, which is held every 4-5 months. In between these two months, mid-semester exams are also held.
Other: I chose this course because I want to treat people, but I have not received the seat of MBBS. Instead, I decided to help the doctor identify or diagnose a disease. In my course, the university provides only 6 months of internship.

Absolutely good infrastructure, greenery, average faculty, placement, and facilities, etc.
Placements: Actually, the placement percentage in the MLT department is not good, only 10 to 15%. However, the internship percentage is very high, as the college provides a one-year internship. Placements are mainly available for assistant, attendant, and lab management profiles in the course.
Infrastructure: Well, the infrastructure is excellent. For the medical department, there is a completely separate and new block. The MLT block comprises classrooms, Wi-Fi, a lab, library, AC, and a green garden. Hostel infrastructure and food are also good for both boys and girls. The hostels also provide canteens and stationary shops.
Faculty: If I tell the reality, the teaching style and teachers are not as good as expected in the university. However, some teachers are very talented, and their teaching is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant to the course and contains very useful topics. The semester exam is not a big deal; only basic questions are asked. If someone takes an overview of all the topics, they can pass the exam with good marks.
Other: Actually, after completing the 12th class with a Science background, I wanted to work in the labs. That is the only reason I chose this course. The course outcomes and topics are good, but practical topics are very limited. So, I want to improve practical topics in the course. Campus life is full of fun events, and fests are a part of college life.

MLT course make the students industry ready. Everything is okay in this university. I am glad to be the student of Chandigarh university.
Other: The strongest reason of pursuing this field are the ever changing advances in technology for early detection and diagnosis of disease, monitoring of conditions and helping to uncover mechanism of disease. So many things which I wish CU would improve that includes equipment optimisation, workspace organisation and enhance your stock control etc. There are many scholarship for students. They provide opportunities to bright and inquisitive young minds from across the country to study in most challenging. In campus, every year number of activities were taken.
