Review of Law department of Chandigarh University .
Placements: There are only 25-30 students who get placed in every batch from all departments, such as LL.B., B.A., LL.B., BBA LL.B., B.Com. LL.B, etc. B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) is very weak compared to the total strength of the university. The average package is listed about 5 Lacs in their website but I believe it to be comparatively less. Most students were placed in law firms in Chandigarh or Delhi. As for law department, the placement record is not so good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided by the university is top-class. A new library is opened this year in the department, and I would say this is a great step taken by the university. A projector is also provided in every classroom. Talking about hostel facilities, 4 seater rooms are generally available with cooler facilities. Mess food is also good, and canteen facilities are also provided in every corner of this university.
Faculty: Talking about the faculty of the university, most teachers are very professional. They have completed their graduation from Chandigarh University itself and are not really qualified in teaching well. They would not even recommend books to the students. PPTs will be provided that will cover the whole syllabus. The course curriculum is no doubt good. The semester exams are also not really difficult, as most questions come from PPTs. However, it does not make the students industry ready because of the qualified staff.

CU tries to provide more opportunities for students.
Placements: In our college, almost all students are placed. As the law has not had that many placements, departments like MCA, BCA, MBA, and CSE have many placement drives. After every semester, students are required to do an internship, which is a part of academics that makes students learn about practical fields.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are excellent. Hostels are very neat and clean. The quality of the food is good. Air-conditioners are available in rooms. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. Medical facilities are available.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not difficult if you study. Our teachers are so helpful. They provide proper guidance to all of the students. The course makes students industry-ready.
Other: The campus crowd is good. Students from different states and countries come to CU. Our college organises many fests and events. Extracurricular activities are held. CU gives so many opportunities to every student.

The highest package is around 12 to 15 Lacs. The companies also come to select the good student The internships is good enough.
Infrastructure: Well the infrastructure and facilities are all well maintained and good. The Wi-Fi, labs, library, etc., all are very well maintained and there is main library in our department so the students study easily without wasting their time. The quality of the hostel is very good in hostel they give us 4 time meal .
Faculty: The teachers are well organized, educated, qualified and knowledgeable. They know how to interact with the students, the teaching quality is well enough. The semester are organized in a proper way and the pass percentage is 60 percentage minimum .

Our college has good placements.
Placements: This university provides 100% placements. LG, SBL, Redmi, and many more good companies provide placements here. Last year, the highest salary package was 1.2 CPA and the lowest was 50 LPA. About 93% of students get campus selection. They also provide internships.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good. The infrastructure is good. An elevator is also there. Food is also good. It provides a 24*7 cooler fan. There is no power cut. The Wi-Fi is good. All classrooms have a smart board. New technology is being developed in labs. The food in the canteen and mess is good. Sports and games are good. Medical facilities are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They always help the students solve problems. Exams are made difficult, and 33% is the pass percentage. Students are industry-ready. Teachers teach on smart boards. Teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable.

It is good among private colleges and has affordable fees.
Placements: Almost 95% of the students get placements. The highest salary package offered was up to 33 LPA, and the average salary package offered varies from 6 LPA - 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 5 LPA. It depends and varies every year. If a person is choosing a top, then almost everyone will be placed to at least package. But if not chosen it depends upon you for placements. Many judges, lawyers, advocates, and legal advisory are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure it's based on a very large scale. There is an accommodation for 33,000 students accommodation in a single college is big enough. Infrastructure includes hostel, classrooms, etc. There are 5 hostels best is N/C, then any and provided library by the college issuing books is easy. Wi-Fi in the hostel is provided with 5 GB per day. We have a laboratory for science, moot court for law and many several departments have different sectors with their specialty. Canteen food is good when compared to mess it's okay to say mess food is adjustable. We can give 3 stars rating medical facilities given to every disabled student. Sports and games are also provoked and encouraged. Events like singing and dancing also take place.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and also cooperative. They are well knowledgeable persons with good experience. Their way of teaching is to be appreciated as every teacher has their interesting ways. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. If you feel like your university is not up to your expectations you can even go for semester exchange and charges for it could be easily found. Exams are average, and if it's held online it includes easy objectives, but if it is offline, it comes over subjective. The pass percentage is 33-35%.
Other: Overall, it is a good college in private college to be considered. Rest you have to work hard for your career.

I am satisfied with the college but mess was not good.
Placements: It is a great college. On average 15% of the students get placed in the course. The lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. Recruiting companies were Indian Oil, NCERT, and many more. Around 60% to 70% of the students got internships in Indian Oil, LIC Housing, and many more.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided were top-notch, and the latest technical support was available. We had smart classes and a well-developed library. Instant medical facilities were provided and first aid facilities were good. Sports and games were also available and tournaments were held from time to time.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were very good and reliable. They were helpful and well qualified. Some teachers were not that understanding but overall it was good. They helped us so much. The course curriculum was also relevant, and it makes the student industry-ready for good recruitment.
Other: I chose this course because I was very much interested in such courses. The mess can be better as I was quite unhappy with the food served in the hostel mess.
