Absolutely dissatisfied and regret my decision to get admission here.
Placements: There is no placement for MLT students as it is a clinical course and students have to work in a hospital or labs but they do provide an internship in the 8th semester which is for all the students and every student has to attend the mandatory internship.
Infrastructure: I won't lie, the labs are not as good as I expected. The machines don't work, and the management is really bad. For the hostel, as I stay in a girls' hostel, the facilities are average, but according to the fees, they still lack in most parts. The management does not listen and will not care about students. You are not allowed to use the lift although our department is on the 6th floor. We don't even have a lab for anatomy even though it is one of our core subjects. They don't approve of medical leave.
Faculty: The faculty is cooperative but most of them don't know how to teach they got jobs because of connections or experience. Curriculum is not designed as per the government rules and exams are easy but for me I am not satisfied with the overall experience of the university. I hope this gets better and the management will improve. I would still suggest you not take admission here.
Other: I wanted to experience the lab life and wanted to explore this side of the clinical work but I am very disappointed in that case. If you are interested in attending events and concerts and not really serious about studies this college is for you but for students like me who are really serious about their future and career and are sincere about studies who don't like attending events too often this university is for you.

Absolutely good infrastructure, greenery, average faculty, placement, and facilities, etc.
Placements: Actually, the placement percentage in the MLT department is not good, only 10 to 15%. However, the internship percentage is very high, as the college provides a one-year internship. Placements are mainly available for assistant, attendant, and lab management profiles in the course.
Infrastructure: Well, the infrastructure is excellent. For the medical department, there is a completely separate and new block. The MLT block comprises classrooms, Wi-Fi, a lab, library, AC, and a green garden. Hostel infrastructure and food are also good for both boys and girls. The hostels also provide canteens and stationary shops.
Faculty: If I tell the reality, the teaching style and teachers are not as good as expected in the university. However, some teachers are very talented, and their teaching is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant to the course and contains very useful topics. The semester exam is not a big deal; only basic questions are asked. If someone takes an overview of all the topics, they can pass the exam with good marks.
Other: Actually, after completing the 12th class with a Science background, I wanted to work in the labs. That is the only reason I chose this course. The course outcomes and topics are good, but practical topics are very limited. So, I want to improve practical topics in the course. Campus life is full of fun events, and fests are a part of college life.

Chandigarh university is best university. ?
Placements: About 60% of students were placed in Chandigarh university every year. The highest package offered in MLT course is about 35000 and the average package is about 15000 per month. Top recruiting hospitals are fortis hospital, PGI. Blood donation camp is organised in Chandigarh. About 90% students get internship in these hospital every year.
Infrastructure: The facilities offered by Chandigarh university are worthy and best in class. The facilities are great and the management is helpful. E. g. Wi-Fi are so good, labs are chemistry organic lab, analytical labs etc. With good quality equipments. I am day scholar, I don't know too much about hostel but I heard from my friends the quality of food and facilities of hostel. Very good quality food is available in canteen with snacks.
Faculty: All the faculty in the university are well educated and are helpful to the students. They have excellent knowledge of teaching. The teaching system is elaborate, detailed and advanced. MLT course make the students industry ready. Everything is okay in this university. I am glad to be the student of Chandigarh university.
Other: The strongest reason of pursuing this field are the ever changing advances in technology for early detection and diagnosis of disease, monitoring of conditions and helping to uncover mechanism of disease. So many things which I wish CU would improve that includes equipment optimisation, workspace organisation and enhance your stock control etc. There are many scholarship for students. They provide opportunities to bright and inquisitive young minds from across the country to study in most challenging. In campus, every year number of activities were taken.

The university is extremely beautiful.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 34 LPA. The recruitment options are very high, and more than 300 companies come for placement every year in university. Almost all the students have internships letters in their hands while 58% of the students have jobs before the completion of course.
Infrastructure: The campus is eco-friendly, and various facilities are provided for students. We have a library in each department. Hostel rooms are very well-ventilated. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We have a sports complex, cafeterias, etc. Overall it is a great place to study.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are excellent, helpful and very interactive. Constant communication and challenging assignments are given. Texts are easy with lots of examples. Accommodating programs and great support are given. The library provides a great resource for writing and learning.

It's the best university in North India with excellent infrastructure and curriculum.
Placements: Chandigarh University has its reputed name not only in the field of education but also in the field of Placements. When compared with the other universities, the package offered is good. There are many seminars, and interactive sessions are organised in the university to guide the students. The training starts in the sixth semester which helps in enhancing the skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is excellent. The environment and the surroundings are clean and tidy. Proper cleanliness is maintained in the classes, labs, and in the hostel. The Gym, Stationary shop, Confectionery shop, Wi-Fi facility are provided in the hostel. The hostel food is nutritious and hygienic. The sports and gaming facilities are provided in the university.
Faculty: The faculty members are well educated. There is a screening test for faculty is done. Some of the faculty members are PhD holders whereas some are alumni of some reputed college. The teachers help the students, and they guide students to achieve excellence. The Time to time training is provided to staff to enhance their teaching skills.
Other: There are various events such as cultural fest, technical fest, and DJ nights etc. are organised time to time, and they are awesome. The campus crowd is huge. The scholarships are provided to the needy and the eligible students who cannot pay their fees. The scholarships are provided on the basis of previous results and sports also. There is a separate theatre society, and music society etc. are available for students to show their talent.

Absolutely disappoint.
Placements: The placement only happens for the business and computer Science courses, we have mandatory 6 month internship which is at 8 semester. Stipend is based on the students performance. The noc is not recommended easily and you have to run a lot and please a lot of teachers just for the approval.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is slow, labs are not fully functional, many things are missing and not working, poor medical facilities even though our course is medical, sports complex is very far and you will not get time for games or extracurricular activity. The food keeps changing every now and then and the quality is only good at the starting.
Faculty: As for the teachers, most of them are nice but very nosy and gossipers. The students do become industry ready but it is because of the internship and not the actual course. Semester exams are mid not that hard. You learn only the basic and everyday is a waste except for some days.
Other: I chose this course because I was confused and still don't know if I am going to continue this or not. Honesty I regret coming for this course to this college everyday but it can't be helped now.
