Patnanagar University conducts GBPUAT entrance exam for admission to BSc (Hons) courses. The university also accepts ICAR AIEEA for Agriculture courses. There are total 9 engeneering branches in the university out of which 1 is headed by College Of Basic Sciences and Humanities (Biotechnology Engg)while the rest are under the College of Technology. For branches like Computer and Information Technology, you really need to score good. Especially for general category students the closing rank is about under 40-50k. And for branches like electrical and electronics and communication engineering your rank must be around 90k.
