The students have to first apply to College of Agribusiness Management, GBPUAT through online admission portal from the official website. Following the submission of application, the students are shortlisted on the basis of their result in CAT/CMAT. The shortlisted students are then called of GD and PI. PhD students at GBPUAT are open to fellowship. Two fellowships in each discipline are to be awarded at INR 6,000 per month based on merit to the eligible students admitted in the discipline for 36 months. If the total number of fellowships thus provided are not utilised due to any valid reasons whatsoever, the university shall be free to redistribute the allocation of the vacant fellowship position and award the same to other students who could not be granted fellowship in the first instance due to the
aforesaid restriction of two fellowships in each discipline.

The total tuition fee for GBPUAT MCA is INR 60,000. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Besides, selected candidates also need to pay a one-time fee of INR 2,500 and hostel fee of INR 5,440. Candidates have to pay the course fee after completion of the selection process to confirm their seat in the university.
Candidates are required to pay an application fee to register for a course. Aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,200 (INR 600 for SC/ ST/ PH) for admission. For branches like Computer and Information Technology, you really need to score good. Especially for general category students the closing rank is about under 40-50k. And for branches like electrical and electronics and communication engineering your rank must be around 90k. Each hostel Cafeteria IN GBPUAT is run & managed by students on cooperative basis. Students are required to leave the hostel rooms in the summer vacations to facilitate annual repairs and white washing etc. All students living in hostel are to abide by hostel & cafeteria rules. Every hostel has one P&T telephone with incoming facility.
GBPUAT gives 23 hostels including 11 hostels for female students and one for married students with separate arrangements for post-graduate and undergraduate students.
