PhD students at GBPUAT are open to fellowship. Two fellowships in each discipline are to be awarded at INR 6,000 per month based on merit to the eligible students admitted in the discipline for 36 months. If the total number of fellowships thus provided are not utilised due to any valid reasons whatsoever, the university shall be free to redistribute the allocation of the vacant fellowship position and award the same to other students who could not be granted fellowship in the first instance due to the
aforesaid restriction of two fellowships in each discipline.

The total tuition fee for GBPUAT MCA is INR 60,000. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. GBPUAT offers modern amenities with a state of the art infrastructure to its undergraduate and postgraduate students. With a campus area of around 12,661 acre of land, GBPUAT offers a number of other facilities to its students apart from regular facilities such as labs and well-equipped classrooms.
GBPUAT gives 23 hostels including 11 hostels for female students and one for married students with separate arrangements for post-graduate and undergraduate students. There is Indoor Stadium Facility available. There is also mess facility, and various other facilities available for students and teachers. The hostels at GBPUAT have 24/7 security and surveillance, ensuring the safety and security of students.
Each hostel Cafeteria IN GBPUAT is run & managed by students on cooperative basis. Students are required to leave the hostel rooms in the summer vacations to facilitate annual repairs and white washing etc. All students living in hostel are to abide by hostel & cafeteria rules. Every hostel has one P&T telephone with incoming facility.

The GBPUAT Cutoff is based on the total number of applicants who appear for the exam. The difficulty level of the exam and the final round is merit-based. The merit list of the GBPUST exam is based on the total marks scored by students.

Students' rank in Pantnagar University entrance exam must be within 3000 for admission to the GBPUAT. The cutoff ranks will differ for each category. Students must score above 500 marks to secure admission in GBPUAT.

There are a total of 200 MCQs in the GBPUAT exam. The exam consists of 600 marks. For every right answer, students get 3 marks, and for an incorrect answer, one mark is deducted.
The Pantnagar entrance exam is of 3 hours, and the exam language is Hindi and English.
