GJUST Course Admissions 2025: Last date to apply, Selection, Fees & Dates

The modes of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology course admissions are offline & online. Admission to various undergraduate & postgraduate courses is based on merit & scores of entrance examinations. At the undergraduate level, the university offers BTech, BSc, BBA, & various other courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the university offers MBA, MSc, MCA, & various other courses to students. The mode of application is online. Aspirants meeting the eligibility criteria need to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 for General Category (INR 750 for reserved category). Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology fee structure includes various components, such as tuition fee, security deposit, hostel fee, welfare fund, & more. Some of these are one-time chargeable, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. GJUST BSc tuition fee ranges between 49,800 & 83,000. Additionally, total fee includes a one-time fee of 2,600 & hostel fee ranging between 25,400 &  54,000. It must be noted that the given fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. • An applicant should have passed Class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
• For admission to BE/ BTech (Bio-Technology), a candidate should be a pass in Class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science.
• A candidate who is passed in Diploma in Engineering and Technology from a recognised institute/ university.
• Candidates should have obtained 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category candidates).

GJUST releases seat allotment list for BPharm based on which students are admitted. For admission confirmation, students need to report at the college within the due date against each counselling round and pay the fees and verify the documents to confirm their seats for final admission. The total GJUST BPharm tuition fee is INR 32,400, hostel fee is INR 25,400 and a one-time fee of INR 2,000. This fee amount is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. During GJUST registration, candidates need to pay an application fee to apply for a course. There is relaxation in application fee for EWS, SC and SB candidates of Haryana. Yes, GJUST does not charge fee from SC students with parental income from all sources up to INR 2.50 Lacs per annum subject to producing the caste and income certificate issued by the competent authority. However, a sum of INR 1,000 (refundable) is charged from SC students who are eligible for Post Matric Scholarship as security/ caution money at the time of admission.
