The modes of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology course admissions are offline and online. Admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses is based on merit and scores of entrance examinations. At the undergraduate level, the university offers BTech, BSc, BBA, and various other courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the university offers MBA, MSc, MCA, and various other courses to students. Guru Jambeshawar University of Science and Technology (GJUST) carried out selection procedure as per the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) Diploma Pharmacy. Students are admitted as per their scores in the last qualifying examination. The aspirants should check out GJUST BPharm eligibility criteria before applying as well. Moreover, the seat allotment is done through a counselling round.

Candidates must pass graduation in any stream with at least 50% aggregate (47.5% aggregate for SC candidates of Haryana recognised university. However, the candidates who have studied Mathematics at secondary level/ equivalent-level or at graduation level/ equivalent level will be given preference and may be considered for admission in this programme, if seats remain vacant. Additionally, GJUST admission to MBA course is based on CAT score followed by a GDPI round.

• An applicant should have passed Class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
• For admission to BE/ BTech (Bio-Technology), a candidate should be a pass in Class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science.
• A candidate who is passed in Diploma in Engineering and Technology from a recognised institute/ university.
• Candidates should have obtained 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category candidates).

Yes, GJUST does not charge fee from SC students with parental income from all sources up to INR 2.50 Lacs per annum subject to producing the caste and income certificate issued by the competent authority. However, a sum of INR 1,000 (refundable) is charged from SC students who are eligible for Post Matric Scholarship as security/ caution money at the time of admission.
