Review of Goa University.

Placements: 35% students got placement in top recruiting firms such as Fine Chemical Pvt. Ltd. The highest package is around 3-4 LPA. Less than 10% of students got internships at prestigious institutes such as IITs and BARC. Top roles expected from our course in the academic domain are professor and in the pharmaceutical domain is R&D chemist.

Infrastructure: Well-maintained classrooms. Equipped with projectors and AC. All labs are also with necessary instruments and materials, including first aid services such as eye wash centre, etc. Hostel quality is average. And the canteen has options for veg and non-veg people but not worthwhile. We do have good medical facility. Sports and games are the most exciting things which we can experience in Goa University.

Faculty: All teaching faculties are really very talented and knowledgeable. They are up to date with their field of interest and keep on motivating us to go for higher studies. All courses are also very much relevant, except some which I feel are repetitive. Passing percentage is around 95%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest. Not much improvement is needed; still, a bit is required regarding syllabus design and time management.
