Apart from this, Gujarat University also offers two-year MBA courses through the Centre for Distance and Online Education and affiliated colleges, namely the Indian Institute of Sustainability, Institute of Defense Studies and Research, Department of Maritime Management, Department of Public Policy & Governance and Department of Business Intelligence.

Gujarat University MBA total tuition fee ranges between INR 40,000 and INR 1.6 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Candidates are required to pay course fee after the completion of selection rounds and counselling to confirm their seat in the university. Other than course fee, aspirants also need to pay a registration fee in the start of the admission process. The application fee for MBA course is INR 500. Gujarat University admissions to Master of Business Administration (MBA) course is based on GUJCET scores followed by the ACPC Counselling. Candidates seeking admission to Gujarat University MBA course must have a valid GUJCET score. As per GUJCET cutoff, the University of Gujarat MBA cutoff 2023 was 9910008, whereas for MCA it was 9920003 after the Round 1 counselling for the General category candidates belonging to All India Quota.

Any graduate with 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) and three-year executive-level experience is eligible to apply.
