    Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses. IPU CET exam 2026 application forms for other courses, open tentatively in March every year.     GGSIPU follow the UGC norms to initiate the fee refund. The University will initiate the refund once the online and offline counselling process is concluded for the academic year. After the conclusion of the counselling process, the amount after reduction will be initiated to the candidates as per the bank details provided by the students while filling the online application form.

    Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) offers scholarships for students studying at its affiliated institutes. Financial aid is available through university-specific grants, state schemes, and national portals. The univeristy offers merit-based, EWS scholarships, etc.

    Q:   Can we get admission to IPU through CUET?
    A: 

    Yes, GGSIPU accepts CUET scores. For UG courses, CUET-UG and similarly for the PG courses, CUET-PG is applicable. However, it must be noted that preference is given to CUET scores after the respective national-level exams and the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university. Some of the UG and PG programmes for which this entrance score is accepted are MCA, MA, BSc, BBA and allied programmes, BPharm, BCom (Hons), etc.

    Q:   What is the hostel fee at IPU?
    A: 

    Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's annual hostel cost is INR 29,500. Mess and welfare fees are not included in the hostel fees. The fee for the mess is INR 36,000, while the cost of the welfare is INR 3,000. Candidates need to submit three demand drafts: one for hostel fees, one for mess charges, and one for welfare charges. Two hostels are maintained on campus for male students, and two are maintained for female students. There are more than 180 single-seat rooms in each hostel. Basic furnishings such as a cot, mattress, pillow, chair, table, cupboard, tube lamp, and fan are provided in each room. Mess facilities are available for residents in each hostel. Residents also have access to a common area, a gym, a reading room, and sports facilities. For the hostels, there is a provision for 24-hour water and electrical services.

    Candidates can apply on the university's website for the preferred course. Aspirants have to pay INR 2,500 for the GGSIPU form. Candidates need to fill out the personal, contact, academic and other details in the form.

    Q:   How can students get direct admission at GGSIPU?
    A: 

    Admission to most of the GGSIPU courses is done through entrance tests. However, direct admissions are available through the Management quota. Only some colleges under the GGSIPU accept direct admissions through Management quota. 

    There is also spot/sliding round admissions available for leftover seats after all CET counselling rounds are over. The colleges fill these seats via walk-in or direct applications.

    The college infrastructure is good and all hygienic measures are fulfilled.
    Placements: There are 50 students in total in a batch of BPT. The course duration is four years and six months. The top roles offered in college are to attend patients in rehab centers and treat them during the 3rd and 4th year. A six-month internship is also provided after four years of college.
    Infrastructure: There are 50 students in total in a batch, and the course duration is 4.6 years, out of which two years are of theoretical knowledge. The next two years are of theory as well as providing clinical knowledge by means of clinical postings, where you have to attend the patients, and the remaining six months is of internship provided in rehab off campus. The canteen is quite hygienic and well-organized.
    Faculty: The faculty is helpful, provides all necessary material for study, and always guides in a way that is easy to understand. The teachers are approachable and helpful. There are two internal exams held in college only and one external exam taken by the university. The two internal exams are of 25 marks each, and the university exam is of 75 marks. The passing percentage is 50%.

    Placements: 50 seats are available. There are various tie-ups with different hospitals, for example, Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital, Hindu Rao Hospital, and many more. Everyone gets an internship. BPT, MPT, BOT, BPO, and Masters in BOT are various courses offered by the college itself.
    Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not as good because the college is tied up with a hospital. That's why their attention is more towards the hospital than the college. The hostel is only for girls, which is very hygienic, but according to the fees, it's fine for students.
    Faculty: The teachers are all very qualified, and almost everyone has completed their Ph.D. in their respective subjects, and they are very knowledgeable for the students. They help students in every aspect of life and if students are facing any problems. Exams are not that difficult; they are quite easy to pass if you have studied well enough.
    Other: I chose this course because nowadays physiotherapy has a great name in society, and if a child is not able to opt for MBBS, then this is a good option. This college is best to opt for a physiotherapist from my point of view.

    I will recommend you to take admission in ISCI.
    Placements: ISIC Institute of Rehabiliation Science provide good placement opportunities to students and many companies visit campus. Maximum package of BPT go around 20 LPA and average package is near about 6 LPA which is good for freshers to join. Various data on college website.
    Infrastructure: ISCI Institute of Rehabiliation Science have good Hostel and pretty decent facilities and good infrastructure as well. Wi-Fi connection is good on certain location such as library and Exception and computer center but in Entire college connection is poor.
    Faculty: ISCI Institute of Rehabilitation Science has pre defined curriculum which is available on website. The exams of college are not very difficult if you gone through the books and the notes provided by the teacher or various faculty members of college.

    I am satisfied with college.
    Placements: Our college provides ample placements. It also depends on your skills and the marks you have scored. Many private hospitals like Appolo, Max, and government hospitals like Safdarjung, etc., visit the campus for placements. The college is best for internships and everybody gets internships. Roles offered are as doctor job, in private clinics, as a full-time doctor in government hospitals, etc.
    Infrastructure: This college has an excellent infrastructure, and we have air-conditioned classrooms with AI technology boards. Library is equipped with all the books you need and is fully furnished. The college has Airtel Wi-Fi on the entire campus which provides good speed. Food in the canteen or mess is awesome especially coffee and pasta, and are very hygienic. Hostel facilities are awesome like we have 24 hrs water supply, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.
    Faculty: Teachers in our college are very qualified. All the teachers in college teachers or guest teachers all are doctors so they can teach us with their precious experience from the field. They are very open to any doubts and all you can go and ask whenever you feel to ask. Some teachers gave their numbers also in exam time so if you have any doubts you can clear them and call also. The curriculum is good and it teaches us theory as well as practical knowledge. We have postings also which makes students industry-ready. Physiotherapy demands are increasing day by day. Semesters are of medium difficulty. If you are regular with your studies you won't find any difficulties. The pass percentage is 50%.
    Other: I opted for this course because the demand for this course BPT is increasing day by day. It has an excellent career abroad too. The demand for physiotherapists in India is increasing. Every hospital has a physiotherapist in their hospital. Physio is very helpful in sports, injuries, fracture cases, paralytic patients, etc. There are many rumors about physiotherapy that we only do massage. But physiotherapy is not about massage, it is way more lot than that so I want this thinking should be changed. There are many events held on campus, every year the biggest is Anugoonj which is held once a year. Famous singers and stars are invited to this fest. Sports week and cultural week are also held. The campus provides scholarships to meritorious students also.

    This college is good in everything.
    Placements: 20% of students are placed in the course. The lowest package is 1.5 Lacs per annum, and the highest is 45 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Apollo, Max, etc. Less than 10% of students got internships. The top roles offered are physico.
    Infrastructure: Facilities are top-notch, and the infrastructure is also top-notch; there is a hospital in this college available 24/7. All students are provided with every facility, and Wi-Fi is available. Labs are also available, and they are very good. Hostel, canteen, and sports games are available.
    Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. All teachers are knowledgeable, and they present very well. Teaching quality is also good, and all teachers are prepared for teaching. Semester exams are very tough and moderate. The passing percentage is 60%. All things are good.
    Other: I chose this course on my own, and this course is good. Events and fests; the campus crowd is very high.

    Placements: I admitted myself to this college in 2024. I came to know that it's a very reputable college for physiotherapy and other paramedical courses. There is very high exposure here, and you came to know everything about physiotherapy, especially. You will learn to deal with and interact with patients physically and mentally also.
    Infrastructure: All the facilities like Wi-Fi, library, and all are here. You will have practical labs also for the subject-wise practical, and you will have a proper rehabilitation center for more exposure and experience. But one thing that is bad is that there is no proper sports complex present, and there are very few extracurricular activities that happen in college.
    Faculty: Faculty members are quite average, but some of them are really good and helpful to students. Talking about the curriculum, that is also appropriate according to your respective course. Exams are also not very difficult, but you have to work really hard to score well.
    Other: Talking about my experience, it is nice till now. But trust me, you will never regret your decision to take admission in this college.

    Can I get admission to a GGSIPU college with 51 percentile in PCM (SC category)? I have been allotted the IT branch at BVCOE.

    An IT branch allotment at BVCOE Delhi means you have cleared the eligibility, but GGSIPU requires a 55% aggregate in PCM for B.Tech, presenting a conflict with your 51% PCM mark.
