Karunya University BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Karunya University offers BTech courses through the School of Engineering & Technology. Karunya University BTech courses offer more than 30 specialisation in the four-year engineering programme. Karunya University BTech admission is based on KEE/TNEA. The basic eligibility criteria for enrolling into BTech at Karunya University is a candidate must complete Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics

Karunya University is a good university as it is a private deemed-to-be university that is approved by the UGC, MHRD, and AICTE. The university has also been accredited with an 'A+' Grade by NAAC, NBA, and ACCA. Karunya University admissions are completely based on merit and entrance exam scores. For UG courses, candidates a must pass Class 12 and PG courses, candidates must complete graduation. Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences offers a two-year MSc course divided into four semesters. Karunya University (deemed-to-be) offers MSc in three specialisations, namely Biotechnology, Food Science & Technology and Agriculture. Candidates who have completed bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for any of the MSc specialisations

Karunya University admissions will open online. Till now, no schedule has been released by the university. Once the application portal is live, candidates can apply online for their preferred course. Karunya University offers UG and PG courses such as BTech, MTech, MBA, etc. in online mode. The admission procedure is a mix of entrance and merit-based.
