LPU admissions 2027 will soon start. More updates are as follows:
- LPUNEST 2027 registration process for the 2027 academic session will end on January 15, 2027, across multiple streams including BTech, MBA, and Law.
- LPUNEST 2027 will be conducted between January 10 - February 5, 2027, for remotely proctored tests, and January 20 - February 5, 2027 for test centre-based exams.
- LPUNEST 2027 Results & Counselling: The official entrance results and online counselling seat allocation process are scheduled to start on February 8, 2027 .
- The CAT 2026 registrations for admission to the MBA/PGDM course are now closed. Admit card download will begin on Nov 4, 2026, and the CAT exam will be held on Nov 29, 2026. Following the main exam, the provisional CAT answer keys and candidate response sheets are expected to be released in December 2026 .
LPU Courses and Fees 2026
LPU offers many different courses to students wanting to get admission. Aspirants can pursue both UG and PG levels course depending on their qualifications and academic requirements. The courses available at LPU - Lovely Professional University are After 10th Diploma, B.A., B.A. B.Ed, etc. Students can choose any course and specialisation. Commonly asked questions On Fees and Eligibility
The total fee for BTech range from INR 4.5 lakh - INR 36 lakh. Admission to BTech course is based on LPUNEST or CUET UG scores. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission. Candidates need to first register with an application fee (INR 1,000 for males) and (INR 500 for females) for LPUNEST.
LPU PhD fee structure is a combination of several fee components including tuition fee, hostel fees, examinaition fees, caution deposit, and other fees. The LPU PhD tuition fee is INR 3 lakh.
The fees for the other components is yet to be revealed by LPU for PhD students. The LPU fees might be charged on either per semester of per annum basis.
Lovely Professional University offers a four-year BDes programme spread across eight semesters. The university offers LPU at UG level in eight specialisations, namely User Experience, Interior & Furniture, etc. Apart from regular BDes, LPU also offers lateral entry to the programme. The university provides lateral entry to three BDes specialisations. Candidates who have completed Class 12 with English with at least 50% aggregate can apply for LPU BDes course.

LPU offers admission to BTech based on LPUNEST. Candidates apply for BTech CSE Software Product Engineering need to pass KQ test followed by a PI round. Additionally, candidates need to pass Class 12 in relevant subjects to apply for BTech course. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat.
Students should pass BCA or BSc Computer Science or BSc IT or have any graduation degree with computer Science as a course with at least 60% marks to apply for MCA course. Students BA, BSc or BCom degree with Mathematics and allied subjects at Class 12 are eligible to apply. Admission is done basis LPUNEST score.

Hostel facility is provided by LPU. There are multiple sharing rooms. Students can apply for single seater rooms as well. Hostel charges are different for each type of room. The fee for single seater standard AC room is INR 1.5 Lacs per year.
LPU offers admission to MBA based on LPUNEST, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT or NMAT score of the candidates followed by GDPI. Candidates must pass graduation with at least 55% aggregate or completed CS from the ICSI or CA from the ICAI or CMA from ICAI to apply for LPU MBA course.
After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat. The total tuition fee for LPU MBA course ranges between INR 5.60 lakh and INR 21.6 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester fee. Click here to know more about MBA admission.
The Lovely professional university conducts the LPUNEST exam in multiple phases. Currently, phase 6 exam is ongoing, which started on August 4 and the last exam will be held on August 20, 2026.
