LPU admission to the BA (Hons) programme is merit-based, and candidates are shortlisted based on the marks secured in HSC. Below mentioned is the detailed eligibility criteria for the same:
Eligibility criteria: Class 12 or equivalent with 60% aggregate with English as a subject. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in the English medium. There is a 5% relaxation for students from North-east states and Sikkim or defence personnel and their dependents or wards of Kashmiri migrants.

Q: Will I get a direct admission in LPU with 65 % marks in Class 12?

LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based. Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university to apply online. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. However, national-level entrance exam scores are also accepted for admission to BA LLB (Hons), MBA, BTech, etc. Candidates must complete Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection rounds are followed by counselling and document verification.

A clear view of Lovely Professional University
Placements: After this particular course there are no specific placements. For better placements and job opportunities one is advised to go for masters after the completion of this course for better jobs opportunities in future. One can surely get internships after this course.
Infrastructure: My Department in Lovely Professional university is the social sciences department. The infrastructure is top notch and the facilities provided for the students in the department is five star. Students are provided with washrooms, water coolers etc. There are acts present in every classroom. The hostel facility is also really good. The hostel's price is also very reasonable and affable. The hostels are kept very neatly and are very clean.
Faculty: Faculty at Lovely Professional university is very friendly and helpful. The teachers are always ready to fetch out a hand when the students are in need. The teachers teach appropriate content that is necessary for exams and for our future. The difficulty of exams is 3/5. The passing percentage is around 45%-46% out of 100%.
Other: I chose Ba. Hons. Geography as I was always interested in learning about the environment that surrounds us, climate and much more about our planet. Studying this course is surely helping me learn more about geography as a subject and as a science. Lovely professional university hosts a lot of events and cultural activities which gains the student's interest. The crowd at the university is very pleasant and helpful.

Amazing campus with beautiful environment.
Placements: I am doing a B.A. this is not a vocational course. But in this course also many students were placed. Some companies like Byjus, Vedantu, textbooks, etc are top recruiter companies. Most package is about 3 to 4 lacs. This course is specially designed, for general competition and higher education.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college are excellent. Big and beautiful classrooms with free Wi-Fi and all classrooms have an air conditioner. There is a library in the block itself, and the central library is also present on campus. The hostel is also good. Big indoor stadium with two Olympic size swimming pools. And the outdoor sports ground is also here. The college is spread around 600acrs.
Faculty: All the teachers are well-qualified and experienced in their respective fields. All the teachers are helpful. And always help the students as he can. My course curriculum is own based on general competition and higher studies. The semester exam is moderate, and the passing percentage is 33.

The college is good to explore, but it is not worth it for my course.
Placements: There are no placements and internships in my course as I heard from my seniors. Most of the students go for Master's. Placements and internships are good in courses like B.Tech CSE, BBA and hospitality but not in other courses. You can join LPU for agriculture, BBA or B.Tech.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good, but I prefer to stay outside as it is affordable and more comfortable. I suggest don't go for the mess. It's the worst than anything. The classrooms and library are good. But Wi-Fi is available in the hostel, and it is not even 1mbps in the classes. The infrastructure is good but not in the hostel, as beds are bad. Everything is good but expensive. If you want to be comfortable in the hostel, go for an apartment.
Faculty: The faculty are good. They are very helpful. Semester exams are quite tough. The passing percentage is 45%, of which 25 is from MTE, 30 from CA, 40 from ETE and 5 from attendance. Teachers are very well-qualified and supportive.
Other: I chose it because I was interested in this course. Placements and internships should be provided. Events and fests are held here. Scholarships are good. The college fee is 50,000, and I am paying 22,000.

It has good campus life and a lot to explore.
Placements: Our batch is currently pursuing the degree, and we already have done internships. Our seniors got good packages. There are good packages offered for MBA and B.Tech CSE students. If you look at overall placements then our college provides more than 90% placements to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good with good libraries. There are many canteens here and you can get every type of food within the campus. Medical facilities are 24X7 available, and there are grounds and one indoor stadium with all facilities. Mess is not up to the mark, it is sometimes good and sometimes bad.
Faculty: Faculty members of our department are the best. They are understanding, well educated, and helpful. Teaching quality is so good. Regular inspections are done. The course curriculum is relevant. Semesters exams are up to mark from the syllabus and what we have studied.

Placements: There is no specific placements in our course as it totally depends upon the talent and the skills of the art. But some faculty members are extremely helpful and they guide you what you can do after the degree. Roles offered after doing this course are

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the whole university is amazing. There are a lot of facilities in every department according to their courses. Performing arts department has library with wide range of books, auditorium, canteen and every basic and necessary things which are required.
Faculty: The facilities are very knowledgeable and experienced and helpful. You can learn a lot about the course and field work and the technical things also. Course curriculum is relevant. Some of the subjects are frankly irrelevant to the course as they are mandatory subjects for all the students of the university eg, environmental studies. The examinations are very well organised. The concept of CA is sometimes a headache. You need more that 33% and you need to pass in the mid terms, class assessments and the finals, it's not like you pass one thing and score good in it and you'll clear that subject, it's not the case in LPU.
Other: There are very few universities who provide this course of bachelors in theaters and LPU has a big name for that. I won't say the fees is very genuine but I can also not say that lpu is an expensive University. They provide many kind of scholarships .

Wi-Fi, Proper library, PC systems, Smart Class, Projectors, and CCTV cameras, etc. Hostels are well infrastructure, good to live, food quality is good too and mess is hygiene maintained, medical facilities are 24*7, and enough sports & games for entertainment and relaxation.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable enough. Teaching quality is up to the mark. The course is absolutely curriculum relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy for those who pay attention and tough for those who don't take classes seriously. The passing percentage are 60%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have keen interest in Journalism and public speaking. More practical classes would be great to start. The university organises a lot of events and fest that boom students' enthusiasm and creativity.
