- BTech (Lateral Entry) Eligibility: Diploma in Engineering & Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate + SOP.
- Cutoff: MIT-WPU considers JEE Main and other national or state-level entrance exams for admission. The JEE Main cutoff 2026 for MIT WPU BTech is 34,000 for General All India category.

For admission to the BTech course, MIT-WPU, Pune accepts scores of various state/ national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main/ MHT CET/ PERA CET/ NEET UG (for Bioengineering). Yes, MIT WPU provides hostel facility for boys and girls. The hostels include rooms with single, double and triple occupancy. The hostels have gym, game rooms with carrom, pool table, chess, dance/ yoga rooms for students.
