Overall best university for an M.A. in Khasi course.

Placements: Only 90% of students got admitted to our college. The highest package is 32 LPA. The minimum package is 12 LPA. The average package is 23 LPA. Some students received internships from our college. Our college students should have more internships or placements. Top recruiters were Shillong Times, Meghalaya Times, Khasi Daily, etc. High-level services offered are researcher, cultural consultant, and so on.

Infrastructure: The department has advanced significantly. Wi-Fi, a central library, water conditioning, water filtration, and other essential amenities are all included. The hotel is excellent. It has solar water heaters, geysers, water cooling, water filtration, Wi-Fi, and electricity storage. The quality of the food is pretty nice.

Faculty: Instructors are too capable and helpful. Excellent instruction is provided. They provide us with context, which is useful in many areas. Since each teacher has worked in the field. They are all well qualified to teach. Several of the instructors have foreign Ph.D.s. The pass rate is over 79%, and the semester exams are simple.

Good facilities are provided.

Placements: More than 78 percent of students were placed with the highest salary package of 16 lacs per annum and the lowest salary package of 3.5 lacs per annum. Many MNCs, IBM, and DELOITTE companies visited. Few students got internships in other sectors. The top roles offered are analyst, researcher, etc.

Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure and facilities are provided by the college, like Wi-Fi with unlimited data, labs with advanced equipments, libraries, etc. Even the hostel facilities are good; they provide food, Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. The medical facilities are also available, and sports and games are conducted.

Faculty: Lectures are good, and they have good qualifications and knowledge in teaching. The teaching quality is excellent, which makes us understand every concept. Our course is not curriculum-relevant. Exams are a bit difficult; we have to work hard to get a good score. 50 percent of marks is required to pass semester exams.

The worst college and poor facilities are available in our college.

Placements: Few students were placed in our course. The highest package is 8 lakhs per annum and the lowest is 2.5 lakhs per annum. Few companies visited our college. Ten percent of students got internships in their sector. But the batchmates are very friendly, and the friends also help us to get placements.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is excellent, but few facilities are available in our college, like Wi-Fi facilities in both the hostel and college. Labs and library are provided. Food is provided in both canteen and mess. Sports and events are conducted every year. Medical facilities are available.

Faculty: The lecturers are qualified and have good knowledge. The teaching quality is good, and we can easily understand the concepts. Our course is curriculum. The semesters are a bit difficult, and we have to study well to pass. Forty-five percent of marks are needed to pass the semesters.

North Eastern Hill university is a very good university.

Placements: Our university is very nice and beautiful. Placements are also offered here but there is another procedure to get a chance for placement because everyone needs to demonstrate how well they can perform in their course. The procedure includes internship before placement. Jobs are available for different posts such as Soil scientist, Horticulturist etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is very nice, Our university has an internet connection for all students. Our university has very tight security. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned. There is a beautiful landscaped garden. Our university canteen has a very good cleaning area. Th food items are very hygienic. Our hostel is very well designed.

Faculty: All our faculty member are very knowledgeable and their knowledge is like an ocean. When they teach us then we don't have any problem with studies. If anyone can not do well on the test, then the faculty members conduct extra classes for better results for all students.

It is a good university, and I am happy with it.

Placements: North Eastern Hill University has a placement cell. Many companies visit our college for placements. 70% of students get placements from our department. There are on-campus and off-campus placement facilities available. Salary packages start at 2 LPA, and the highest salary package is 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, but there is no latest technology available in our lab rooms, and the internet speed is very low. The hostel and canteen are available with test food. All types of books are available in our library. The atmosphere is best for our study.

Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and helpful. They always help and guide us like our parents. Assignments and projects need to be completed on time; it gives us extra marks that are helpful in our semester exam. The semester exam is a little bit difficult but not impossible to pass; 90% of students pass.
