After graduating from Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences BTech programme the candidates have a range of career option to choose from including software engineer, data scientist, IT consultant, network engineer, information security analyst, project manager, quality assurance engineer, technical writer, and product manager.

Saveetha University Chennai reserves seats for the students, who belong to SC/ ST/ BC candidates. Additionally, the university also provides reservations for students from weaker sections of society.
