The infrastructure and campus life are good, and the faculty members are cooperative.
Placements: The placements are good, but one should have good marks in 10th and 12th as well. If you get selected, then there are chances that a company may shortlist you on the minimum percentage criterion.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The classrooms are clean. Washrooms are hygienic. The library is well maintained, and the canteens are clean. The campus is clean, but SRM's other branches are much bigger and have very good and versatile infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and very helpful. They are available every time, and we can reach them until they are here on campus or via phone call. They help the students a lot.
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in it. SRM should allot more time for lab sessions and focus on practicals rather than theoretical lectures.

The college and hostel life at SRM is awesome.
Placements: For the computer science and engineering branch, many companies visit the campus to hire freshers. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco and many more come here. The average package offered is around 6-7 LPA, and many hard-working students grab high packages of about 30-35 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of SMR is very good. The course fee structure are almost the same as all the other universities. Wi-Fi and other facilities are available in the college and hostel. Canteens are also available and a mess facility for hostelers. Medical facilities are available for students during college hours and at any time for hostelers. The college has its own ambulance in case of emergency for students.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are very helpful and kind enough to help the students. When a student with a problem goes to a teacher, he/she will not return empty-handed. They help students in every way possible, the only thing is that students need to approach the faculty.
Other: The fee is not much high, and the college provides some specialisation courses which are beneficial for students. Students may choose the specialisation of their choice in the CSE department. Other branches are also offered in the university, like BBA, mechanical, electronics and many more.

I am satisfied with our college.
Placements: Almost 99% of the students got placed, and students who want to pursue their higher studies are not placed. The highest salary package offered is 43 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Schneider Electric, L&T and NHPC Limited. Top roles offered to the students are in the digital system, MATLAB, German, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has large classrooms with proper ventilation and air-conditioners. Free Wi-Fi is available on the whole campus and hostel. There are 2 canteens, all indoor and outdoor sports and a 3-floor library.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they make us industry-ready by performing various experiments in the laboratory. Teaching methods and quality are above average, and they provide us practical as well as theoretical knowledge. They also prepare us for the entrance exam. Faculty members are above average, highly trained, skilled and helpful. They motivate us at every moment.
Other: Our electrical batch has 12 students, and all of them are highly skilled. I have chosen this course as I am highly interested in electric vehicles and design. The best thing about this course is to deal with various problems and solving them accordingly. You must have high problem-solving skills, and you have to be compatible with other fellow mates. The thing which is missing about this course is the addition of the python language and artificial intelligence. There are many events in the college which include Rubaroo to showcase your talent, Khel to showcase your skills in sports, and techfest to show your technical skills. I am highly satisfied to be in this college as it supports me in every field. The campus crowd is high level, and students come from well-reputed families. There are many programs for scholarships for abroad studies, and there is also a student abroad program, which helps students to pursue their one semester in different countries.

It is the best college to pursue electrical and electronics engineering.
Placements: As I am a 2nd-year student, but according to the data available this year, above 80% of the students got placed from here. The highest salary package offered by core companies was around 4 LPA. Mostly, students got internships in companies like Tata Steel, NHPC and THDC. Many companies visit our college in the final year for recruitment like Mu Sigma, Siemens, TCS and Larsen & Toubro Limited.
Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is very great, and the facilities are also very great. Labs are highly equipped with the latest instruments and many more. The mess has different kinds of food items like North Indian, South Indian and many more. Our college is equipped with a huge library which has ample books for students and also has many journals and many other books which help in research works.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful in the department. They teach students with zeal and compassion. All the faculty members of the EEE department are very well qualified. Mostly they all are PhD holders and masters in their field. The course curriculum needs to be upgraded a little bit as per the industrial needs.
Other: Rubaru fest organised here is an amazing fest I have been experienced, and many celebrities visit here. Even in the last year, international Dj brands also participated in it.

I have great experience in the institute, which helps in the overall department of students.
Placements: Almost all the students who are eligible for placements got placed in our senior batch. Seniors and staff members are very cooperative here. Top recruiting companies visit our institute to hire students. All the placement processing is done on the main campus, i.e., KTR Chennai. Due to Covid-19, this time, it was online.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the hostel are very good. There are proper rules and regulations which have to be followed properly. The administration functionality is always up to the mark. In a room, there is an accommodation of 3 students with an attached bathroom facility. Rooms are cleaned daily except Sundays.
Faculty: All teachers are supportive here. We only need to ask for help, and they are ready to do whatever we need. Non-teaching staff members are also very cooperative here. They motive us a lot, and by introducing new activities, they try to provide us practical knowledge. Engineering is not only about bookish knowledge, but practical knowledge is also very important for us.
