SPPU offers BCom as a 3 year course in full-time mode with an annual intake of 86,819 students through the pool of affiliated colleges. The University offers BCom in various specialisations with the total tuition fees ranging from INR 3 K to INR 4.5 Lakh. Furthermore, admission to BCom at UNIPUNE is offered on the basis of merit and valid scores of institutional level entrance exams. SPPU admission for a majority of PG and UG courses, such as M.Sc. M.A. M.Tech, M.Com B.A. And BBA among others, is based on the Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. Additionally, there are numerous courses, such as MCA MMM, Advanced Diploma, MPH E-MBA, LL. M. and M. Lib. ISC among others, where the admission process is completely based on merit in the previous qualifying exam (Class 12 for UG admission and UG degree for PG admission). Thus, students will not be able to get direct admissions to Pune University.

Savitribai Phule Pune University  (also known as UNIPUNE, Pune University and SPPU), is a collegiate public state university. The University is located at Pune, was established in 1949 through Poona University Act and is one of the premier universities in India.
