University of Kalyani review.
Placements: Companies are not coming to this college. This is only a government college, and there is nothing for placement. We have to suffer from a scarcity of placements. If you want placement, then you have to go outside for the company, and you will have to reach out by yourself to get that placement.
Infrastructure: I would say the college is good, but the infrastructure is not as good. The lab is also not well-maintained. The library is very good because it is a university library. Hostel facilities are decent, but the food quality is very bad. This is a government-funded university, so you get what is provided in government schools.
Faculty: Teachers are good, but we can say they are not as good as well. Examinations are held late. They always get delayed after every college admission. This exam is where everything starts because it is autonomous, and we can say that there is no proper system to manage the university department.
Other: If you are going to take admission here, please avoid it and take admission in a better college that is much better for you.

Infrastructure: It was a spacious and stress-free environment. The overall infrastructure of our college was very constructive. All our classrooms were maintained properly with all the facilities like smart classes, projectors, and so on. We also made remarkable achievements in sports too.
Faculty: All our teachers were highly qualified. Our teachers delivered high-quality content. We had a 100 percent academic performance for the previous academic year. They often preferred to take industrial-oriented practical and interactive classes.

The infrastructure in the college is good.
Placements: The placement is good; there are students placed in the course, with a placement percentage of 80%. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Tata Power, Roy Construction, etc., visit for recruitment. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, the lowest 3 LPA, and the average 7 LPA. Students also secure internships in their sector.
Infrastructure: In the college, the infrastructure is good. Common amenities like AC and Wi-Fi are available, along with well-equipped labs and library rooms. There are modern classrooms, and the hostel facilities are good. The quality of food is decent, and sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: In this college, the faculty is very good; there's no doubt they are always with students, being very helpful and qualified. The course curriculum is organized for the future industry, and the semester exams are moderately challenging but fair, with an 80% passing percentage.

Campus placements is not good in our Department.
Placements: 10-15% students placed in campus interview till now. The highest package is 3.6 LPA on campus and around 10 LPA off campus. Recruiting Companies are TCS and COGNIZANT. Some students also get internship in small companies. The roles offered in my course are software engineer and developer.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi facility with good internet speed. We have labs of all the subject and with Wi-Fi facility. Our university is also have a library known as central library for all the departments of university. Library is well maintained and having very good internet speed.
Faculty: Not satisfied with the placement. Placement cell is not active. Faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable. They always try to provide best knowledge to us. Old curriculum is followed is the department but it covers all the basic knowledge for industries and semester exam is not that much difficult. Pass percentage is around 40-50%. .
Other: I chose INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY because now a days this is booming. Our university also provides hostel accommodation. We have a green campus, and every year reunion fest is organised in the department known as PRAYUKTI.

I am satisfied with this college. I would recommend it if students are having financial issues.
Placements: Around 70% of seniors are placed. The maximum salary package offered is 12 LPA by Bentley. The minimum salary package offered is 4 LPA by TCS. There is no placements cell in this college. Every student is placed off-campus so students have to fight for placements if they are thinking to join this college.
Infrastructure: In this college, everything is available as per student needs. The infrastructure is average. The hostel infrastructure is not good. The only good thing at the hostel is that students get a good sports facility and it is cheap. Students do not have to pay any monthly charges for the hostel, but they have to pay for their food which is provided 2 times a day, and the charge for their daily meal is Rs 1,50,000.
Faculty: In this college, teachers are normal. One positive point is that students will get a good amount of time, and students can do whatever they want to do in that time.
Other: In this college, 2 events are conducted. There are 7 hostels in this college including boys and girls so, 7 hall days and 1 reunion are conducted.
