Lucknow University B.Sc. - Review.
Placements: I don't know about package B.Sc. in bio is average degree even labour has that degree. But if you want to become a Ph.D. professor then you should do it from here. Because it will hold the value of this university. Like getting this degree from a big university, known university.
Infrastructure: Lab and classroom are good. Medical, sports, and games are also good. We have fast Wi-Fi in the library with cooling AC. You can get water from water cooler in every department even on campus roads. Hostel food is average like every other hostel. There is average food like we can say eatable.
Faculty: They give low internal and exam marks no matter how good you are. They finish the semester so quickly that they don't get enough time to study or enjoy. I mean it becomes hard to manage if they rush the semester that fast. We can get backlogs here easily, even if your exam is good.
Other: All things are good here.

Its a good university that improves inner and outer skills, communication skills. A friendly college
Placements: In my course, about 75% of students got placed from our university. About 70% of students get internships from my course. The university provides us with more practical and theoretical classes. Assistant lab professor, lab operator, and many more jobs are offered.
Infrastructure: Good hostel. There are separate girls' and boys' hostels available. 5G Wi-Fi, labs with enough equipment, hi-tech classes, and a modern library are available. Good quality food is provided in our hostels and the college canteen. Many sports competitions are held. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teaching quality is excellent. Semesters are very tough, although. The course curriculum is relevant. To qualify for our semester, we have to score above 75%. For attending the semester exams, your attendance should not be less than 75%. Many seminars are held.
Other: I chose this field because I like the medical field. Teaching in both languages, Hindi and English, can make our course better.

My college experience is overall good, but I am partially satisfied with the faculty.
Placements: I did a B.Sc. in Biology, which is not a demanding degree in today's era. Many students are preparing for the NEET, and a degree is their backup. Some students pursue M.Sc., and later they will become assistant professors. There is not much, as a placement thing. One can apply for internships outside the college. But other degrees like B.Com, BCA, and computer science students got placements with a maximum package of 20 LPA. Placement rate is average and decent, and it purely depends on which degree you are pursuing.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and beautiful because it is a government-funded university. It is accredited A+ rating by NAAC. Labs are spacious and can accommodate 55 students at one time without any hassle or chaos. Equipment is also up-to-date. Each student gets their own locker. The library is of 2 types, one is a traditional library where we can sit and read books, whereas the other one is the cyber library, which is fully air-conditioned and has around 200 counters for students. It is equipped with free Wi-Fi and computers. Hostels are also pretty decent. The food in the mess is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, but only some of them teach very well. Many students face this problem where faculty members are unable to make students understand topics. We have to then study from YouTube, which should not be needed if we are studying in such a good college. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are up to the mark. 70% of students manage to pass exams. But as a student, I faced difficulty in understanding concepts. Very few professors have a good grasp of knowledge, which made interest in the subject and students also liked it.
Other: I chose this course so that I can do internships and prepare for a government job, as having a degree is mandatory. Our college organises many extracurricular activities like cricket tournaments and exhibitions. The campus gives a royal and retro vibe of Lucknow and is quite large, which requires one to hire an e-rickshaw to go from one end to the other. Events happen very frequently. Surroundings are beautiful because it has many lush green parks and cafeterias.
