GICED offers various courses such as PG Diploma, B.Sc, diploma, BMS, BA, MA and B Des etc. All the courses offered by GICED are ranked significantly by the students but the Bachelor of Design course and post graduate Diploma are the highest rated courses and ranked on top by the students.

MBA admission is done through SMAT exam and Bsc is 45 percent in 12th as a minimum criteria.

Mumbai University merit list are released for admission to more than 750 affiliated colleges in programmes such as FYBA, FYBSWA, FYBCom, FYBSc, FYBMS, FYBVoc, FYB Library Science and FYBPA. At Mumbai University, candidates have to meet the eligibility imp for getting admission to the BSc courses. To be eligible for BSc course at Mumbai University, a student must have cleared Class 12 with several relevant subjects. The min. aggregate required in Class 12 differs across the specialisations offered to students. For most specialisations, the min. aggregate required in the Class 12 is 35%. Hence, a candidate scoring 50% in Class 12 is eligible to apply for the BSc programmes available at the university. However, the BSc admissions at Mumbai University can change and are based on the merit in Class 12. The students are given a seat only if they manage to clear the cut-off imp for the particular specialisation. In case, the students cannot clear the BSc cut-off released by the university, they can do BSc through the colleges offering online BSc courses.

The first MU college merit list 2025 for undergraduate admissions has been released for several affiliated colleges.

Students need to first visit the official website of the college they applied to as each affiliated college releases its merit list on its own portal and then navigate to the “Admissions 2025–26” or  the 'Merit List' section which is  typically featured as a banner or in the latest announcements section. Students can then check their name and other details in the MU merit list 2025.
