The Vellore Institute of Technology (AP)'s flagship programme is BTech. VIT Amaravati provides full-time BTech programmes in three specialisations: computer science, electronics and communication, and mechanical. The total fee for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme at VIT Vellore is INR 1.67 lakh. The programme is three years long. 

Admission to the BBA programme is based on merit and counseling. Applicants must have passed their Class 12 exams or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 60%. 

VITEEE rank holders in the top 50 receive a 75% tuition fee waiver for all four years. Rank holders 51–100 receive a 50% waiver, and rank holders 101–1000 receive a 25% waiver. 

Yes, VIT-AP University does offer an M.Tech course in a full-time mode with four semesters that can be completed within two years. Further, the university also offers two integrated courses that are inclusive of ten semesters, lasting for five years. Admission to the M.Tech course is subject to the VITMEE exam. Whereas, integrated M.Tech admission is based on the last qualifying exam. 

Yes, VIT Andhra Pradesh University does offer BSc as an dual degree programme with MSc. The dual degree programme lasts for five years and is offered in a full-time mode. The UG+PG level course is spreas across ten semesters that combines core subjects with a major. The BSc-MSc dual degree comes with an exit option which allows students to earn different degrees provided they fulfill the credit requirements. After three years of successful completion of this programme, BSc in degree in Data Science will be awarded and MSc degree in Data Science will be awarded after successful completion of another 2 years.

According to  the latest report, more than 632 recruiters visited the VIT AP campus in 2025 and placed 10025 students of the batch 2025.
