Yes, XIM University follows a semester pattern for its BA programme. This three-year undergraduate course is divided into six semesters. Through this pattern, the students get well immersed in the holistic curriculum of the humanities. In this way, it becomes possible for the students to learn systematically and evolutionarily. Every semester consists of a list of subjects that will enable students to develop the ability and knowledge needed for a good professional career in various fields.

XIM University offers entrance-based admission to the MBA programme. The university conducts multiple rounds of counselling for the course admission process. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the university for an MBA can participate in the rounds of counselling. Procedures that take place in the process are as follows:

XIM University Bhubaneswar admission to various courses is both merit-based and entrance-based. CAT cut-offs are not announced along with the CAT result. The cut-offs are also not released publicly. They are known after a few days of the result announcement when the IIMs and other colleges start their shortlisting process. The IIMs will open the shortlist window based on the CAT cut-offs two to three days after the result announcement. The CAT percentile of candidates shortlisted for the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) can be considered the cut-off for that IIM. For example, if a candidate with a CAT percentile of 99 belonging to the General category is selected for the WAT/GD-PI of IIM Calcutta, then the CAT cut-off for IIM Calcutta is 99 percentile. Only those candidates who make it to the WAT/GD-PI round of IIMs will get to know the cut-offs.

BTech admissions at XIM University are now closed. Candidates could apply through the admission portal of the university. Online application forms are available on the official website, where candidates need to submit their details and upload all the necessary documents along with payment for the application fee. XIMB Bhubaneswar admission is based in merit and entrance exams. The institute accepts national entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, X-GMT, and others. Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar accepts Group Discussions and Personal Interviews for admission. Candidates have to fill out the XIMB application form online through the official website. 

Candidates can get admission at the XIM University for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Course-specific eligibility criteria have to be met by the applicant who wishes to get into the BA LLB. The application submission can be done on the official website, and admission is based on entrance scores, which must be valid. The candidate should have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate. The applications are first shortlisted, after which the 'Admission Committee will verify the uploaded documents. There is no direct application to the BTech programme at XIM University. Candidates need to appear for an entrance examination and hence must submit a valid score in JEE Main.
