For NIT Kurukshetra, the First and Last Rounds were given more priority among the six cutoff rounds. The cutoff were released for the First and Last Round. The CSE cutoff was released with Last Round cutoff of 6228 for the general category and 2534 for the OBC category.

The cutoffs for NIT Kurukshetra were released for 2016 by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). It was released based on opening and closing round cutoff for different BTech branches. During the NIT Kurukshetra cutoff 2016, it was observed that the most demanded course in 2016 was CSE, considering the Last Round. NIT Kurukshetra cutoff 2023 has been released for the academic year 2023-24 for BTech admission. As per NIT Kurukshetra JEE Main cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for BTech in IT was 10824 for General All India category students. In comparison, the last round closing rank for BTech in IT was 10891 in 2022 and 8274 in 2021. Therefore, NIT Kurukshetra has witnessed fluctuating trends in its cutoff for BTech in IT over the past three years.

Q:   Who will decide the cutoff for GATE 2025?
A: 

The exam-conducting authority (IIT Roorkee) will decide the GATE cutoff 2025. It is conducted across the country jointly by IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, and the Indian Institute for Science, Bangalore (IISC Bangalore), on a rotational basis on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB-GATE), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource & Development (MHRD), Government of India. The GATE cutoff will be released with the official result. Candidates who clear the GATE 2025 cutoff marks will be eligible for the counselling procedure. NIT Kurukshetra JEE Mains 2025 cutoffs have been published for admission to BTech and Integrated BTech programs. In Round 5, JoSAA cutoffs for 2025 ranged between the 6562 and 36067 values. Notably, the BTech in CSE is highly competitive among General category students.
