NIT Meghalaya Cutoff 2019: Check Category-Wise JEE Main Cutoff Ranks

NIT Meghalaya accepts GATE score for admission to the M.Tech courses. As per the NIT Meghalaya M.Tech cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for M.Tech ranged between 356 and 424, among which CSE was the most competitive specialisation. For a few of the M.Tech sepcialisations, the cutoff stands closed after Round 1, 2 and 3. As per the last year cutoff data, the minimum GATE cutoff for NIT Meghalaya was 356 for M.Tech in CSE.

The NIT Meghalaya JEE Mains Cutoff 2024 was released for Round 1. The Cutoff ranks were released for different categories for various BTech specialisations. For the SC AI category candidates, the Cutoff for various courses ranged between 3059 and 7043, among which Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive course. BTech in Civil Engineering was the least competitive course, for the SC AI category candidates.

For the ST AI category candidates, the Cutoff ranged between 974 and 2652, for different specialisations. BTech in CSE was the most competitive course while BTech in Mechanical Engineering was the least competitive one.

To get a seat at NIT Meghalaya for BTech specialisations, candidate must attain the rank as per the category they belong to. NIT Meghalaya JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for the first round. As per the cutoff for the General AI category candidates, the closing ranks in round 1 varied between 19623 and 44560. Looking at the cutoff ranks, it can be said that getting admission to NIT Meghalaya at 40000 rank is easy. Though the choice of specialisation would be limited at this rank. As per the round 3 of JEE Main cutoff 2025, it is possible to get admission to NIT Raipur with a rank of 45000 in JEE Main. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates was closed at 22131 and 48977. Looking at the cutoff range, it was evident that getting admission at 45000 rank is possible, among the General AI category candidates. 

The NIT Meghalaya MSc cutoff 2024 has been released across multiple specialisations. Based on the Round 1 seat allotment, the MSc cutoff ranks ranged between 1321 and 1662 for the General AII India category students. Among all the MSc specialisations, M.Sc. in Mathematics is the most competitive. So, considering the round 1 cutoff, candidates seeking admission to NIT Meghalaya must secure over and above the cutoff range mentioned here to be eligible.

NIT Meghalaya JEE Main cutoff 2025 was published for admission to various BTech course specialisations. 

For the OBC AI quota, the last round cutoff rank varied between 38843 and 88086, wherein BTech CSE and BTech in Civil Engineering were the most and least competitive branches, respectively. The NIT Meghalaya GATE Cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1. The Cutoff scores for various M.Tech courses ranged between 352 and 492, for the General AI category candidates. NIT Meghalaya cutoff 2025 has been released for the round 1. The cutoff has been released for admission to BTech and BArch courses, on the basis of JEE Main scores. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India and Home State quotas. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks varied between 22131 and 48977. The  most desired course among the General AI category candidates was BArch. In the BTech specialisations, the most desirable specialisation turned out to be CSE.

IITs will conduct  IIT JAM 2024 exam in two sessions in February. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. Yes,  JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to NIT Meghalaya BTech programme are out now but the dates are tentative. The JEE Main registraton has closed for now. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. NIT Meghalaya JEE Main Round 6 cutoff for Computer Science Engineering is 19175 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in NIT Meghalaya.
