NIT Silchar cutoff 2016 has been announced by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Along with the All India and All India Female, it featured the Home State and Home State Female Rounds 1 and Last Round for the admission to the BTech and BTech integrated courses.

The National Institute of Technology, Silchar cutoff 2016 was released by Joint Seat Allocation Committee (JoSAA). The cutoffs were released for the BTech and BTech Integrated courses. For the All India and All India Female; Home State and Home State Female, the First and Last Round were published. The selections were based on the JEE Main results, as NIT Silchar accepts JEE Main scores for admission to the BTech courses. In the general AI category, the CSE's Last Round closed at 17405.
