Panjab University admit card is released for its internal and in-house entrance exams. Candidates can acquire Panjab University admit cards for semester exams and various entrance exams such as PU MET, PU LLB, PU CET (UG & PG), etc., on the official website of the university.

Panjab University admit card 2025 for PU PG CET is out now. Students can download the PU PG CET admit card from the official website. The university offers admit cards mainly in the following two student categories:

  • For Private/USOL students
  • College or University Department students

Candidates belonging to PUCHD College or Department can download the PUCHD admit card 2025 from the university’s department. Whereas, for Private/USOL students, the Panjab University admit cards are available for semester exams and various entrance exams such as PU MET, PU LLB, PU CET UG & PU CET PG, etc., on the official website of the university.

A:

Panjab University conducts PUTHAT for admission to BHMCT and BTTM programmes. Starting with the application, interested candidates are required to go through the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (PUTHAT in this case). After the selection rounds are over, course-wise merit lists are released on the official website with the names of the shortlisted candidates. Panjab Univeresity MBA admissions are entirely entrance-based. For admission to MBA course at UBS and UIAMS, candidates must have a valid score of either CAT or  PU MET exams, respectively. The eligibility criteria for MBA course is to pass graduation with minimum 50% aggregate in the relevant stream. To appear for any of the exams for Panjab University admission, every candidate must keep their admit card handy on the day of the examination. Without a valid hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Punjab University offers a four-year BE programme across eight specialisations along with an Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA programme. Admission to both programmes is based on JEE Main. To add, the university also conducts and considers the scores of  PU LEET and PU MEET scores for lateral entry admissions. The minimum eligibility for BE and Integrated courses is Class 12 with PCM subjects from a recognised board as per JAC Chandigarh eligibility criteria. You can visit the webpage of Panjab University's Online Examination Form and click on the "Home" button followed by clicking on the "Forgot Password" to recover your username and password. You wil recieve the credentials on your registered mobile and email ID. Alternatively, if you don't remember your application number/ username you may also refer to your fee slip.

 

Q. What if I don't bring my PU ID card during an exam?

A. It is compulsory to carry ID-Card when appearing for the exam. However, in case a students forgets to bring the same, he or she can show an identity proof like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc. Most of the exam centres accept identity proof in such cases but to avoid any kind of conflict, students must carry their PU ID-Card along with an identity proof and admit card.
