B.Tech Colleges accepting CUET in India

CT University (CTU) offers full-time BTech in various specialisations. The career prospects of pursuing a BTech at the university vary depending on the BTech specialisations chosen by the candidates. Graduates can either take up a job or pursue PG courses like MTech/MBA after completing their BTech. Some job profiles that CTU BTech graduates can explore, along with the expected average salary that they can get are presented below:

BTech is available at the university. The course is a full-time programme that runs for a duartion of four years. Students are offered various specialisations. Moreover, admissions to these courses are subjects to fulfilment of the admission criteria.

NIIT University conducts NUAT for admission. NIIT University Aptitude Test is a MCQ-based online test of 50 minutes. The test includes Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Quantitative Techniques and English Comprehension.

To gain admissions into K J Somaiya Institute of Technology BTech courses, candidates must score at least 50% minimum aggregate in their class 12 board exams. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC, etc. categories are eligible if they score a minimum of 45% aggregate in their class 12 board exams. Candidates must also pass Class 12 in PCM or PCB stream to be eligible for BTech admissions as K J Somaiya Institute of Technology. 

Noida International University offers good placements to various courses of the University like BTech, MBA, MPT and BDS, etc. As per the latest report, the School of Business Management recorded 81% placements, and the School of Engineering and Technology recorded a 75% placement rate in the academic year 2023-2024. The key highlights of Noida International University placements for the Class of 2023 and 2024 are presented below:

The total seat intake for the BTech Lateral Entry programme offered at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University is 66. SRMU BTech admission 2024 is based on scores obtained by candidates in the Class 12.

Candidates who were unable to appear for any national or state level engineering entrance exams can appear for the Pimpri Chinchwad University entrance exam to qualify for admissions into the BTech course at in the institute. To register for this exam, candidates need to go on the website of the institute and register for the entrance exam.

Invertis University has not mentioned any details regarding BTech admissions for candidates who are yet to receive their Class 12 board exam result. 

However, accepted entrance exams for BTech admissions such as JEE Mains do allow such candidates to appear for the exam. Thus, candidates should raise this query with admission desk for more confirmation.

The median salary package offered to the students after finishing B.E. / B.Tech from NMIMS, Indore is INR 525,000 - INR 800,000. While, the Median package offered by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus after completion of B.E. / B.Tech is INR 484,000 - INR 620,000. Basis these stats, NMIMS, Indore is better option compared to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus on the Median salary parameter.

The cut off for admission in B.Tech varies for different streams. For instance the closing rank (AIR) for Computer Science varied between 50k-70k in the last three years.Factors determining the Dronacharya College of Engineering cutoff are the total number of candidates appearing in JEE Main, the difficulty level of the exam, the total number of seats reserved for candidates belonging to the reserved category, and the number of seats available in the particular course. 

NTA will release CUET admit card 2027 online at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online at cuet.nta.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download in PDF document and is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. 

The JEE Main eligibility criteria of minimum 75% marks in class 12 is required at the time of admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Candidates must note that there in no minimum requirement of 75% marks in class for appearing in JEE Mains. Candidates can apply and appear in JEE Mains 2024 irrespective of their class 12 marks.
