IPMAT 2026 Admit Card: Release Date, How Download Hall Ticket @iimidr.ac.in

No, candidates can only download the IPMAT admit card online from the website of IIM Indore. Once the candidates have successfully registered for the IPMAT exam, they will be allowwed to download the IPMAT admit card once released. To download the IPMAT hall ticket, candidates need to use their login credentails which were generated during the registration process. 

Candidatss will not be given a hard copy by post or otherwise of the IPMAT hall ticket.

6. Candidates now need to enter the captcha code and click on the reset password button.
7. Candidates will receive a reset link on their registered email Id and mobile number. Click on the reset link and the candidates will be redirected to a new webpage where they can set a new password.

Candidates will be able to download the IPMAT admit card until the examination day. The last date to download the IPMAT hall ticket is mentioned in the notification. The hard copy of the IPMAT hall ticket will be required at the time of entry to the exam centre. Officials at the centre will verify the details on the admit card and photo ID proof along with the details of the applicant available with them. Candidates missing to download and carry the IPMAT hall ticket on the exam day will not get entry to the exam centre.

The IPMAT exam is held for two hours or 120 minutes. There is only one slot for the IPMAT exam. IPMAT exam also has a sectional time limit of 40 minutes per section. The candidates need to solve the question paper in 120 minutes and this means that the candidates will have approximately two minutes to solve each question. Candidates must take care of saving their answers at every step as the moment 40 minutes get over, the screen will automatically redirect to the next section. The test will end automatically once 120 minutes of the test are over. The IPMAT exam is conducted in the afternoon shift. Also, there is no provision for changing the exam slot. Yes, a 17 year old can give the IPMAT exam. The maximum age limit to be eligible to appear for the IPMAT Indore exam is 20 years as on July 31, of the given year. There is a relaxation in the age limit for the reserved category students. The candidates belonging to the General or NC-OBC category must be a maximum of 20 years and the students belonging to other reserved categories can be a maximum of 22 years in the admission year. 

Including this, the students should also fulfil the academic IPMAT eligibility criteria to be able to take the IPMAT exam and IPM Admissions. 

Every candidate must carry a simple blue/black ball point pen and a two copies of their passport size photo to the IPMAT exam centre. They must not carry any stationary item other than the pen. Ever since the COVID-19 outbreak, IPMAT candidates are required to carry drinking water, hand sanitizer, face mask and gloves along with them. They have to carry drinking water in a transparent bottle. No other item will be allowed inside the exam venue. Being prepared on the IPMAT exam day is as important as preparing for the exam. Listed below are some of the important don'ts that the students should keep in mind:

• Do not arrive late. Students should ensure that they reach the exam centre well before the reporting time. They should aim to reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam begins. Latecomers will not be allowed entry. 
• Do not forget to carry the admit card. Students should ensure that they are carrying the IPMAT admit card to the exam centre.
• Do not carry any prohibited items such as electronic devices, study materials, notes, rough papers, bags, etc. 
• Do not panic. Students should try to remain calm throughout the exam day, as panicking and taking stress will only affect their performance in the exam.
• Do not ignore the instructions given by the invigilator before starting the exam.
