IIT Gandhinagar Cutoff 2025: Check Category-wise JEE Advanced Cutoff Ranks

IIT Gandhinagar Cutoff 2025 was concluded with Round 6 seat allotment results for admission to the BTech course and its various specialisations. The cutoff was released for admission to various categories, like General, OBC, SC, ST, etc, who belong to the All India category. The cutoff was published in the form of opening and closing ranks.

IIT Gandhinagar Cutoff 2025 For General All India Category

As per the data given below, the most competitive BTech specialisations were Computer Science and Engineering, followed closely by Artificial Intelligence, with the last round closing cutoff ranks of 2020 and 2236, respectively. Students who secured ranks above these can opt for Electrical Engineering or Integrated Circuit Design and Technology branches, which had slightly more relaxed cutoffs at 3931 and 4652, respectively. IIT Gandhinagar Cutoff 2025 For OBC All India Category 

According to the IIT Gandhinagar JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 for the OBC category, the last round cutoff ranged from 805 to 4914.  Compared to the General AI category, the competition for the  OBC All India students was higher for all available specialisations.

BTech CSE recorded the lowest cutoff ranks, 791 in the first round and 805 in the last round, making this the most sought-after branch for admission. In contrast, the least sought-after branch was Materials Engineering, with the first and last round closing ranks of 4588 and 4914, respectively. IIT Gandhinagar Cutoff 2025 For SC All India Category 

For this category, the JEE Advanced cutoff ranks ranged from 420 in the first round to 2858 in the last round. Based on the last round data, the most demanding BTech branches came out as BTech CSE and BTech AI.

The BTech CSE course had a first and last round closing ranks of 420 and 428, respectively. Meanwhile, the closing ranks for the BTech AI course varied between 666 in the first round and 740 in the last round. IIT Gandhinagar Cutoff 2025 For ST All India Category 

For the ST All India category, IIT Gandhinagar's first round cutoff fell between 178 and 1291. In the last round, the closing cutoff was between 178 and 1357. As per this range, the 2 most accessible specialisations for admission were Materials Engineering and Chemical Engineering. Material Engineering had a first-round cutoff of 1291 and the last round cutoff of 1357. 

Chemical Engineering cutoff in the first and last round was 904 and 1089, respectively. In contrast, the most competitive branch (other than BTech CSE) was BTech in Artificial Intelligence, which had the same cutoff in the first and last rounds at 295. IIT Gandhinagar Cutoff 2025 For EWS All India Category 

Students who appeared for the JEE Advanced entrance examination and also the JoSAA counselling process are eligible for admission. For the EWS All India category, the most competitive branch for admission was BTech CSE, with the last round cutoff rank of 308.

IIT Gandhinagar admission for the PWD All India category was only offered for BTech CSE specialisation. The first round cutoff was 58, and the last round cutoff was 83. These qualifying ranks are the most demanding across all previously mentioned categories, meaning that the competition for CSE is most intense for the PWD AI candidates.
