NIT Delhi cutoff 2025 is available for BTech admission across multiple specialisations. The cutoff was released in the form of ranks for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD categories under the AI and HS quotas. In the General AI quota, the JEE Main last round closing ranks ranged from 7758 to 34683, with Artificial Intelligence and Data Science being the most competitive for admission. NIT Delhi Cutoff 2025 for General Al Category

For the General AI quota, the JEE Main maximum cutoff rank required for BTech admission was 34683. This indicates that candidates with a lower cutoff rank had a higher chance of getting a seat at the National Institute of Technology. The cutoff ranks vary by rounds and specialisations. As per the last round cutoff, the top three most competitive BTech branches were AI & Data Science, Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering, with JEE Main closing ranks of 7758, 8899 and 11918, respectively. For OBC category students, the NIT Delhi JEE Main cutoff 2025 ranged from 2371 to 8056 in the first round. During the last round of admission, the closing ranks ranged from 2371 to 38294B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science showed no difference in cutoff between the first and last rounds, indicating no seats were vacant in the final round.

Compared with the General and OBC categories, the JEE Main last round closing ranks were more competitive for admission among the SC category students under the AI quota, for most of the BTech specialisations, including Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, etc. For CSE admission at NIT Delhi, the last round closing rank was 1370 in the SC category. For AI & Data Science and Civil Engineering, the JEE Main final round closing ranks were 3546 and 1653, respectively.

Under the EWS category, the JEE Main cutoff was released for Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Of all these BTech branches, AI and Data Science had the lowest last round cutoff ranks of 12191, making it the most competitive for admission. 

On the contrary, B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering was the least competitive BTech specialisation for admission, with JEE Main first and last round closing ranks of 2834 and 32893, respectively.

NIT Delhi BTech cutoff was released for four specialisations under the PWD AI category. With Electronics and Communication Engineering being the most competitive, the maximum JEE Main cutoff rank required for admission was 304. Under the OBC Home State quota, the JEE Main first round closing ranks varied between 4773 and 11444. In the last round, the closing ranks ranged between 29223 and 122958. Considering the last round, the most competitive B.Tech. branch for admission was Computer Science and Engineering. The least competitive was B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. Compared with the OBC category under the AI quota, the JEE Main last round cutoff rank was relatively less competitive for the same category under the HS quota for CSE admission.
