Dissatisfied with the mess food, but absolutely good placements and a wonderful college life.
Placements: Almost 75 to 80 percent students were placed every year in our college. The highest package of our college is 82 LPA, the average package is around 15 LPA, and the least package is 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Wipro, Isuzu, and some Japan-based companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college, hostel, and the course is very nice. You will be provided with well-spaced labs and very nice classrooms with AC. Wi-Fi facility is also available here, but the speed is not up to the mark. The library consists of nearly more than 20,000 books. The facilities provided in the hostel are okay, and the food quality provided by the mess has to be developed.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty is very much helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very precise and perfect. The course curriculum is very much related and relevant to the present life situations. Yes, all the required skills and lessons were taught here so that a student can be ready for the industry. The difficulty level of the semester exams is nominal.
Other: There were a lot of cultural fests and events to participate in, and you will definitely enjoy a lot.

It is going to become one of the top colleges in upcoming years.
Placements: 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 60 LPA, the lowest package offered was 6 LPA and the average package of my branch was 19 LPA. Top recruiting companies are NVIDIA, Snapdragon, AMD, Airtel and Samsung. Almost 75% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: As of 2024, the college is least developed from outside but has a very good internal infrastructure. All the labs are well equipped and the whole campus has centralized AC. The Wi-Fi is working but with decent speed. The classrooms are very good. As of 2024, the hostels for the 1st year are away from campus and for the rest years, they get hostels inside the campus. The food available in the mess is decent quality, just edible. Canteen offers some good options of snacks at a decent price.
Faculty: The college offers some of the great and highly educated teachers with a very unique but interesting way of teaching. I would say it is 90% relevant. It makes a student industry ready but still, you have to learn some skills from yourself. The semester exams are moderate to tough, varying from subject to subject. Passing percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose ECE because I thought their would be a boom in this sector in the upcoming years. Teaching more practically or with simulations could improve the learning experience. There are a lot of events happening around the college. The college has facilities, but they are not as good as other colleges. The crowd and the location give one of the best advantages to the college. A lot of scholarships are available at the college. It focuses a lot on sports in every domain, has coaches for every sport, and also has other clubs that work too.

Life at NIT Delhi is really simple compared to other NITs because it is the center of our country.
Placements: Placements are really good as they provide a wide range of options for students, with various types of companies visiting our campus. However, most companies are related to IT and electrical sectors, as the core branches have yet to pass out. The placements are solid, with both the average and median packages being around 15 LPA. Around 80% of students are placed, with the highest package reaching 63.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college is in a developing phase, with the construction of our new building ongoing. Currently, the college has only two buildings: a mini campus and an admin block. Hostel facilities are good, but the major issue is that the hostels are not on campus; they are around 6 kilometers away from the main campus, so students have to travel from college buses, which can be a struggle.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and provide proper explanations of the topics. While I expected professors to just give lectures and finish their duty, our college faculty genuinely invests time in students, allowing us to ask questions and providing adequate time to complete assignments.
Other: I chose the ECE branch because India is striving for self-dependence in electronics, semiconductors, and chip manufacturing, which will create various opportunities for students. Additionally, in ECE, you have the option to take government exams as well.

Faculty members are very helping in nature. Infrastructure is very mind blowing.
Placements: Placements are quiet good this year. The highest package of this year is 50.3 LPA yet the lowest one is 6 LPA. Some of the recruiting companies are SHL, Cisco, Deloitte, Siemens, Ship Global, Gartner, Global Logic and many more. Most students get internships from CSE, ECE and all other branches.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the boys hostel of this college is under development, but yet it provides all the facilities like Wi-Fi, computer labs, subject labs, library and all the required things. The quality of mess food is decent. For medical, there is a health center on campus. Many games like football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, table tennis, lawn tennis, and many more are here.
Faculty: Faculty and staff members are very helping in nature. Curriculum are much harder if we do not study on a daily basis. All the teachers are PHD holders and have many publications and national and international conferences. Mid-semester exams are easy but end-semester exams are normal or a little bit tough.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of bad infrastructure and hostel facilities
Placements: Placement are good in our college as around 85 percent of student got placed. Highest placement in our college is 63 LPA which is from ece branch. Around 10 student got above 50 LPA package and average package is around 15 LPA. Placement is good in ece branch, many student get placed above. Overall if any student works hard and prepare it well, so he will be placed.
Infrastructure: Really hostels are not good at all. Actually they didn't have hostels in main campus. They give hostels in SRHC and nilerd which is hardly 5 km away from the campus. College provide bus service for student so that they can come to campus. Busses have lot of rush, everytime the bus got fill up with student and many have to stand and have to go to campus while standing.
Faculty: Professor are really helpful as I have in college. Professor just complete their job and give lectures and finish his job but in our college Professor get involved and try their best so that we get to learn best from them. Teacher give lots of time for assignments.
Other: I chose ece branch because i find it best opportunity in coming future as semiconductor factories are growing up in our country so the job will be created in large number. Ece branch deals with electronic products and as India imports lots of electronic products form China, so I will continue in to take part in make in India.

My college review of NIT Delhi.
Placements: About 45% of students were placed this year (2023-24). The highest salary was 85 LPA for an Electrical student as a software developer. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Adobe, Samsung, Jio, etc. About 50% of students got internships from different companies. The top role was software developer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay. Yes, full Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Labs have proper equipment but small spaces. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and fully furnished. The library has enough books, and e-books are also available. The hostel is okay, and the mess is also average. Medical facilities are good, and sports facilities are the best.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are all highly qualified, coming from IIT, IIM, NIT, etc. They are the best due to central government regulations. Courses are relevant and prepare students for the industry. Semester exams are very difficult here; almost 50% of students failed in my class. Teachers are very strict regarding marks.
Other: Because I wanted to do CSE, I am interested in coding since my school time. They must improve campus life because it is very boring, with low-level fests and a boring campus crowd. Surroundings are a highway because it is situated at a national highway. Yes, they provide scholarships to various students.

Absolutely average kind of experience because only placements are good.
Placements: Placements in NIT Delhi are very good. Often in the highest range of INR 86-92 LPA. The average Package is typically between INR 8-27 LPA, varying by branch and year. About 95% of students get placements. NIT Delhi attracts a range of top companies across various sectors, including tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and other prominent firms in finance, consulting, and core engineering sectors.
Infrastructure: It has 24X7 security services with CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of students. Green campus initiatives, including waste management and sustainable practices. NIT Delhi is committed to providing a conducive environment for academic excellence and personal growth through its well-rounded infrastructure and facilities. For the most current and specific details, prospective students should refer to the official NIT Delhi website or contact the administration directly.
Faculty: Teachers at NIT Delhi are well qualified done Ph.D. from IITs, and all are interactive. They are very knowledgeable but less experienced. The course curriculum is good with industry-related knowledge from the second semester. College exams are difficult, two times exams are held in a semester which are mid-semester and end-semester exams. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: Choose the electronics branch because of its future potential growth. Fest at the college is not so big and very bad. The crowd is very small. Various clubs and societies for extracurricular activities are there such as music, dance, drama, literature, and technical clubs.

Good academic experience and competitive environment.
Placements: As I am in my second year, I can tell that the placements for my branch are decent enough. The top recruiting companies for our branch are Intel, NXP, Analog Devices, ST Microelectronics, and Siemens Electronics. The top roles offered in the course are Analog Engineer and SoC DFT Engineer.
Infrastructure: For our course, there are 5 labs and 4 lecture theatres. The infrastructure of labs is awesome; labs are equipped with all the essential equipment. There is a central library in the college where you can study until 11 p.m. The infrastructure of the hostel is far better than that of other colleges, but the food provided is not up to par; however, it's edible. There are two canteens and an Amul store in the college. Medical facilities will take time to establish as our campus is new. Our college has a sports club supervised by coordinators and coaches, and our sports officer is very enthusiastic about tournaments. We have three badminton courts, two kabaddi courts, two basketball courts, two lawn tennis courts, and a cricket ground with a track.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable; almost all of them are highly qualified with their Ph.D.s from IITs and other prominent institutes in India. The course curriculum is strictly according to current market demand, and our college follows NEP. Semester exams are average in difficulty, and you get one chance to clear an exam in case, unfortunately, you fail the exam. The pass percentage is around 95 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in electronics. The best thing about the course is that we have good faculty members along with good laboratories to enhance our knowledge. We have one sports festival and an annual festival, and several programs are organized from time to time by our clubs. The college is 6 km away from the nearest market, but you can easily get a bus from the college gate. The college is just beside the national highway, so you will not find it difficult to get transportation facilities.

Yes, you can easily get admission in these colleges with this score and under this quota. But, you should try for the other good colleges of Delhi like DTU and other private colleges as your score is quite good. As DTU is better than NIT Delhi.
