Bharati Vidyapeeth is amazing. Top-notch infrastructure, and lots of learning opportunities.

Placements: The highest package was of 30 LPA of our college. Maximum students were placed in the campus placements. First, the CSBS department students go through the CAP round and then the others. Around 50 students were placed from the seniors in the CAP round.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very beautiful. The library is always open, and there are many authors' books. The Wi-Fi facility is also given to the students, which is really beneficial. There is a canteen area, which is food-struck, and a Cafe Coffee Day also. A place for students to relax in the break time! Labs are well-equipped, and they take regular classes for labs.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, and they provide notes before the exam and list all the important topics to cover for the university examination. It makes it very easy for students as there is no time wastage. The course curriculum seems interesting and up-to-date. The semester exams are of moderate level, and students really need to study the core concepts. We can say that the pass percentage is around 80%.

Overall experience was great in the college. The crowd around here was great.

Placements: Most of the students of my batch got good placements. Highest placement was of 23 lakh per annum. It was the highest placement amongst all the other branches as well. Having to have a different type of specialisation degree is always worth the hardwork.

Infrastructure: Hostel provided by the college is not very good due to the 3-tier sharing of a double occupancy room. Quite very conjusted. The food was ok. The cleaning and all was properly maintained in the hostel. The head warden was also very supportive. But would suggest to go for pg after 1 year of hostel life.

Faculty: The teaching faculty is mostly great. Only a few teachers causes a problem and the rest is great. Sometimes it becomes hard to cope up with the faculty there that is not supportive enough but it is worth in the end. Just have to have enough patience.

Other: I chose CSBS for my BTech because it combines core computer science principles with essential business and management skills, offering a balanced curriculum. This blend equips me with both technical expertise and a strong understanding of the business landscape, preparing me for diverse roles in the tech industry.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Pune.

Placements: Around 85-90% of students got placed, and in my branch, CSBS, 100% of students got placed. The highest on-campus package was 19 lakhs, but there were several off-campus packages in crores. Overall, the placement is decent, with an average package of around 6-7 LPA for computer branches.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is a bit old as of now. The college has Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a big library. Sports facilities are decent, with a huge ground inside the campus for sports activities and various sports clubs. The medical canteen is good and is also a famous hangout spot.

Faculty: Most of the faculties are qualified, with many having several research papers published. Like every other college, there are all types of teachers: some really good, some decent, and some less effective. The curriculum was recently updated in 2023.

Very good placements and internships. Faculty is good, infrastructure is good connectivity.

Placements: I have not yet graduated, so I'll tell about my seniors. 76 percent students got placed that is 52 out of 60. The rest of the students didn't apply for placements as they are going for higher studies. The highest package is 12 lacs per annum, average is 4 lpa and lowest is 6 lpa. TCS comes for recruitment. 100% internships in TCS are offered. Management roles are offered.

Infrastructure: The entire campus including the hostel is Wi-Fi enabled. Classes have projectors and are quite modern in design. All floors are accessible by lift. Hostel rooms are good, all rooms are 3 sharing. Food is good, a menu is set for entire week. Bharti hospital is 5 minutes walk away, ground is right in front of hostel, all games are played there.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and are up to date with industry requirements. They make sure to clear all doubts. Our course is specifically designed to make us industry ready. We have a lot of projects related to the industry. From what I know the papers are normal and are no big deal if you go for the exam with good preparation.

Other: I chose this course because it is industry ready. Probably remove Physics from 1st year itself I would recommend. A lot of events organised by different clubs happen here. Campus crowd is very friendly, Connectivity is superb. A lot of scholarships are available.

Our college provides average teaching for the excellent course.

Placements: We are the first batch of the CSBS course, so we cannot determine the placement percentage. Overall, the computer engineering course has an 80% placement record. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Veritas visit our college for placements. More than 95% of the students got an internship. Mostly about 55 students out of 64 got an internship in TCS. Top roles like data scientists, data analysts, front end developers, etc., are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not provided here. Labs are well-maintained and clean, but they lack the latest software. Classrooms are spacious, and most of the classrooms have a digital smartboard. The library is large and useful for students for exam preparations and other stuff. Books in the library are sufficient for all students.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. Since our course is newly introduced, some teachers lack experience and knowledge regarding their subjects. The course curriculum is well designed and industry oriented. It is specially designed by TCS to prepare industry-oriented engineers. The course curriculum is relevant in every aspect.

Other: The course is recently introduced by TCS in collaboration with our college. It is industry-oriented and focuses on the overall personality development of students. Teachers are a bit less experienced, and they should improve their teaching methods. The college has many different groups and clubs to participate in. Events are organised all year round. College life is good. The campus is very large, and it has everything nearby. A large campus is combined with the charm of Pune city will make your 4 years perfect. Just hang around with the good company.
