Good teachers and very nice environment.
Placements: There are few good company for chemical engineering, like cipla, manglore fertilizer and some Japanese company too. But most students choose to go for further studies as there is less scope here if you do only till b tech. If you are joining here don't expect any placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel life of boys is much better than the girls one as there's only one option for girls to choose which is indian hostel whereas for boys they have nei hostel and indian hostel. The facility for the boys is very good than the girls hostel.
Faculty: The teachers from physcis, mathematics, and computer departments are the best. Many teachers here have completed their doctorate or Ph.D. and many of the others are undergoing too. In examination point we have 3 internals and one sem end examination.
Other: There are many fests happening in dsce. We have many CPA or centre for performance arts which support the students and guides the student in every possible way.

Review about Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering.
Placements: There are no proper placements in any of the chemical engineering colleges in Karnataka and also in our college. No appropriate companies in Karnataka hire chemical engineering students. There are no placements in chemical engineering, but the course is good.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is the best. There is the best college auditorium. There are projector classes, and there are good and well-maintained labs. There are good canteens and playgrounds. There are excellent benches, desks and clean washrooms. There is a lift service in tall buildings, but there is no Wi-Fi facility in the college.
Faculty: There are good faculty in chemical engineering but very based faculty in CS and EC branches. They sometimes are very troublesome for students. The college can do better in faculty handling, but the chemical engineering has very consistent and good staff. Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering is an autonomous college which is reason very relevant and required new syllabus implemented.
Other: A few years back, the fests are very epic. From the past two years, it has become very mediocre. There is no DJ night nothing. The management is very adamant about money for the college fests or departmental fests anything, and the crowd is elegant and good. This college has an excellent fashion team and all other cultural teams. The college is very greedy for money, for one revaluation they charge 600 and they don't even give back the money if we gain marks.

I had memorable days with awesome memories in college and I am proud to be a part of it.
Placements: There are good numbers of companies visiting the campus. But, companies put many conditions which cannot be satisfied by more than 60 percent of the students. Much focus is given to the software students compared to others departments. Overall, a good placement team can be found in the college. The companies which are in the vicinity of the city usually visits the college and recruits only a few members at an average of 5% out of the total students attended.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good laboratory with an excellent digital library. But, more books are required for the chemical engineering in the main library and as well as in the department library. An outside training along with an industrial visit is required for the students by the college. Still, the campus recruitment can be increased. Overall, it has a good facility. The canteen facility is good and is of 2 different types. The interior is well designed for all the department buildings, which means, it is done for almost 17 departments. The college fest is also good.
Faculty: It has a good faculty but not the best. The moral guidelines are given properly, but the department's library needs to get improved. More technical training will be added to the schedule, but the recruitment should be increased from the current status. Also, there is a requirement of the external training for the students. There is an immense support for the project work along with the industrial training for the students.

Dayananda sagar college of engineering, the best college to enjoy engineering life.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is very good; they will give all the necessary information of the campus selection, and we will be encouraged to attend the placements. Almost 80% of the batch has got placed. Many multinational companies like Infosys, YCS, Wipro, etc. will come for the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. There are different buildings for different branches of our college. There are two boards for explaining, one is the chalkboard, and the other is digital board. The projectors are available in every class. The labs are with full equipment.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is very good. There are proctors for every twenty students. The professors will explain very well. They even teach when we go to them and ask. The chemical engineering faculty is very good, and they are very friendly.

Really good infrastructure. I really like the greenery in the college.
Placements: 80% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 5 lakh per anum and the lowest was 3.25 lakh per anum. Mostly, IT companies visited for placements. Core companies are very less. 30% of students got internships from the college. No stipend was offered
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was enabled at few spots. Labs are well maintained with all the instruments. The library is good and has all the facilities with an electronic library. Medical facilities are provided by a hospital of the institute. The quality of food is good in the canteen. Hostel rooms are well maintained and hygienic.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and most of them are PhD holders. Both blackboards and projectors are used for teaching. Industrial visits were arranged. Industrial exposure is not so good. The student to faculty ratio is about 10:1 The course curriculum is useful to an extent but more industrial exposure would be better.

Really good college in terms of placement and grades.
Placements: Every department's placement is more than 60%. Eligible candidates have 100% placement. CS and IS branch placement is near to 100%. The highest package is 9 LPA. Average goes to around 4.5 LPA. The placement team is experienced. Here in this college, you can easily get a placement if worked hard for it.
Infrastructure: The buildings are very good. The campus is awesome but somewhat less in size i.e.30 acres. You will enjoy it. It is located in the heart of Bangalore. The departments are very big and all classes are nice. The labs are somewhat workable and it is a satisfying place for sports. The floors and the outside view of the buildings are eye catching. The library is very well maintained and even you can find the stores and toilets at every few yards.
Faculty: The faculty members are good. In some departments like Chemical, some of them are not so good. However, the curriculum is suitable for students themselves. You can easily pick the terms out and a little effort will help you in good marks. The curriculum is always designed every year according to the good of the students as this college is now autonomous. And also in this scheme, the faculty members have everything in their hands.
Other: The worst problem of this college is attendance. They pinch a lot for attendance. But if you behave properly, the faculty members are nice and caring. You won't get time for sports and things, even if you are in the sports team. You need to get permission for attendance for every match you are going to. In brief, it's a college with more pros than cons.

Other: One of my main reasons to enter this campus was my interest towards Chemical Engineering. This college provides the best faculty and labs for this course. 2nd best feature about this campus is its awesome infrastructure. This college is very much famous for organising various social, cultural, sports and fashion events. It has inbuilt hostel and canteen. So, one shouldn’t look out for PG to stay in. Various top companies visit this college for recruitment and our campus has a very good record in campus placements. So, I guess one shouldn’t have a second thought about this college.

Other: The campus is centrally located and the infrastructure is impressive. Laboratory facilities are good. Faculty members are approachable and helpful. The main library is the best part of the college and a comfortable place to study peacefully that contains thousands of books. The downside is that the usage of mobile phones in the campus is banned.
