IIT Bhubaneswar Courses and Fess 2025
IIT Bhubaneswar offers full-time UG and PG courses and IIT Bhubaneswar admission 2025 is conducted via online and offline modes. Admission to PG courses is based on the entrance exam scores. For admission to UG courses, candidates need to clear JoSAA Counselling after clearing the JEE Main exam. BTech is offered in six specialisations. Commonly asked questions On Fees and Eligibility
The tuition fee for a two-year MTech range between INR 20,000. Apart from this, the total fee includes components such as hotel fee (if applicable), caution deposit, and other amounts to be paid at the time of admission of INR 1.08 lakh. Candidates have to submit the compulsory fee at the time of admission to confirm their seats. Further, this given fee is further taken from unofficial sources and hence is subject to changes. Also, the candidates willing to get admission to IIT Bhubaneshwar need to submit the application fee for GATE.
GATE 2025 was conducted on February. IIT Roorkee will release the GATE 2025 cut-off after the completion of the GATE 2025 exam. Candidates can check the common GATE-qualifying cut-off for all 30 GATE papers on its official website- gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
The dates for JoSAA counselling 2026 choice filling will be announced once the result of JEE Main 2026 is declared. Candidates can fill choices only during the choice filling period. Also, candidates need to lock their choices before the last date.
For 2022, cut off was 13624 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering in IIT Bhubaneswar - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 21674 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

MTech tuition fees is INR 20,000. The overall fee may include other things such as hostel fees, security deposits, etc.
The hostel fee at IIT Bhubaneswar is INR 99,892 for the general category. There are four halls of residence, one for girls and three for boys. These halls of residence together can house about 2000 students. All these hostels have dining facilities for all residents, providing four meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner). In addition to that, canteens and cafeterias are inside the hostel or at different places within the campus. A number of recreational, sports, literary, and social activities take place in the hostel during the academic year. The students celebrate hostel day, Diwali, Holi, and other events in the hostel organised by the Students Hall Council. Students can relax in the evenings or on holidays, spend their leisure time in the common room, which is equipped with a TV, newspapers, and magazines, or browse books and the internet in the library or computer rooms.
