JAM Good Score 2025 is expected to be around 15-18 marks less than the IIT JAM topper's marks. Usually, scoring about 75 marks in the IIT JAM 2025 examination is considered to be a very good score in the JAM 2025 examination. Although candidates who are aiming for top JAM 2025 result-sharing institutes like IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, and IIT Delhi need to score more in the JAM examination. Candidates also note that the IIT JAM 2025 good score will also vary because of the total seat intake in the particular IIT/ NIT. Therefore, a very good score like 80-85 marks in a subject can easily provide admission to IIT Bombay but at the same time, many marks are not enough to get into the same institution for another course. IIT JAM 2025 score also highly depends upon the JAM 2025 exam difficulty level.

Q:   What is the difficulty level of IIT JAM examination?
A:

The difficulty level of IIT JAM is moderate to tough. The difficulty level for subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics is tougher as compared to the IIT JAM subjects of Economics, Biotechnology and Geology.

If we compare the difficulty level of IIT JAM examination with CUET PG exam, ISI Admission test, NEST exam, IISER Entrance examination, then it will be found that IIT JAM examination is comparetively tougher than the other top colleges/ universities entrance examination.

Q:   What is IIT JAM 2024 Economics Exam Difficulty level?
A:

The exam difficulty level as compared from previous year was easu, however, the questions came this year were quite lengthy. NAT type questions took longer time to solve. In macroeconomics, ISLM had the maximum weightage and many questions were there on matrices. The IIT JAM 2024 Economics cut off will be higher than last year cut off.

Memory Based Questions: Two questions were on producer and consumer surplus graph (standard supply demand graph). Candidates were need to find the value of the surplus and change in the surplus.
