The total tuition fee for the MTech course ranges from INR 52,000 to INR 80,000. It is a full-time course of a two-year duration. IIT Jodhpur MTech course is offered in 12 specialisations. Candidates seeking admission can register on the institute’s official website along with the registration on Common Offer Application Portal (COAP). IIT Jodhpur releases a list of shortlisted students based on GATE scores and invites them for a written exam or interview.

The selection is based on GATE scores followed by COAP Counselling. Candidates shortlisted are invited for written exam or interview round for final selections.
