IIT Mandi fees is different for each programme. Students have to pay the amount to complete the admission process. The fees has to be paid yearly/ semester-wise and is as below:

To get admission in IIT Mandi, students have to check the eligibility first. Eligible students can then apply online. The institute selects students on an entrance basis. Students have to submit entrance test scores and participate in counselling process to get a seat. The selected students have to report for verification and pay the admission fees.
For admission to IIT Mandi MTech, you need Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or MSc or MCA with at least 60% aggregate in the relevant discipline from a recognised university. In addition, applicants with BE/ AMIE exam scores can also apply.

No, GATE is not compulsory and is only one of the criteria for admission. Aspirants with a valid UGC NET/CSIR NET can also apply. Candidates without any valid national-level exam score can also appear for the written test conducted by the institute.

IISc Bangalore conducted the GATE 2024 exam on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. The GATE 2024 application form was released on 24th August 2024 on the official website at gate.iisc.ac.in.
