Placements: There is minimal scope for getting placed in the college. The placement cell exists but offers limited job and internship opportunities. If students wish to get placed, they can opt for the centralized placement mela held at Delhi University.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in the college. However, a hostel has been under construction since 2019 and has not been completed yet. Students stay at PGs near the college, which are readily available. Regarding labs and infrastructure, it is not that good. The campus is small, and the buildings are old and not well-maintained. The physics department labs are in good condition.

Faculty: The faculty in the Physics department is highly experienced and hardworking. Four of them are senior professors with extensive teaching and research experience. They also conduct research projects every year for students. The course itself is challenging due to its hectic academic schedule and labs, but exams can be easily managed with regular study and practice.

Faculty, library, great Infrastructure, Campus life, poor.

Placements: Placement is just negligible for Physics honors students. Marketing, Social Media handlers are some of the small roles offered to the Physics students as placement. Maximum students don't get any job just after undergrad in Physics honors. So overall I would say, no placement.

Infrastructure: The faculty is experienced and great. The library is also good with a large variety of books. Teachers are knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful and students just need to focus in the class. College is so good academic-wise. The library is rich in books.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful and students just need to focus on the class only. Once you enter this course, you would not regret it and will end up learning new things whether you want to pursue a career further in the same course or not.

Kalindi College is the best.

Placements: In our course, most of the students did not get placed because they didn't fill the placement forms. Besides this, our college placement cell is very good. Placements companies come every year to our college.

Infrastructure: Our college hostel is not built yet, and it is under construction. Wi-Fi connection is available in labs and college campus, and it is very good. The library is wonderful. It comes after Miranda House in a library facility in the whole University of Delhi.

Faculty: Physics faculty members are the most wonderful and sincere. Teachers are well-qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They not only guide you in the academic part but also in your personal life. Teachers are very understanding. The syllabus is absolutely relevant.

Other: I like to study physics, so I have chosen B.Sc physics Hons. The best thing about any course is the teacher with which you study, and if faculty members are the best, then there would be no problem with the course. Physics faculty members are very good in our college. Every year our college organises fests, events and extracurricular activities like competitions, sports, quiz and many others.

Kalindi College is good even though it's an off-campus college.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college, which is very active. Still, from our batch, none of the students got placements because we graduated online. When we are in the first and second year, we found that many companies visit here for interviews. A full-day event was organised for placements. I have no idea about the posts and salary packages offered by companies. But not even a single company visited here for science graduates.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good, but it's old. Free Wi-Fi is also available for students. The network connection is good in every place except in some corners of the academic block. Our college library is better, and you will get every single book. Even if you do not get any books, you can write an application to the library to buy them. They will definitely buy those books. There is some problem in service of the canteen, but tenders will be changed if you complain against them.

Faculty: The teaching quality is awesome not only for our department but also in every department of our college. Teachers are brilliant, hardworking and dedicated to their work. They had a lot of experience in their subjects. The course of physics Hons is also good enough. Teachers also work on various research projects with students and guide them and encourage them to do more research.

Other: Fests organised here are average, and the crowd of our college is good. There are many scholarships in our college. Our college also encourages students to attend workshops and seminars by organising them frequently.

It is the best college if you want to excel in academics.

Placements: Placements were not offered in our course, but there were many opportunities for scholarships and internships for students. Teachers guided us timely to avail such opportunities and get the required stipends. However, they also guided us at a personal level for further career options.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Everything is available for students easily, be it labs or library. Proper sports facilities are available here for sportspersons. However, the hostel building is still under construction. I think it gets completed soon so that the coming batches can get benefits of hostel facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members of our course are very good. They supported us in every field, be it academically or getting exposure to practical knowledge. They all are very well-educated and cooperative too. Labs were well-maintained with well-behaved lab staff members. Associate and assistant professors are well-deserved to be here.

Other: Fests were well-organised timely with proper safety guidelines. Fests were also enjoyable to a great extent.

Register and Apply
Interested candidates have to register online with required information. Non-refundable online registration fee is a mandate without which candidate’s application would not be considered for further processing.
