Decent college with good placements, infrastructure, and teaching faculty members.
Placements: About 70%-80% of our college got placed. The highest package is 21 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, IBM, Accenture, and some product-based startups. Around 60% of students got internships in the above-mentioned companies and in-house campus programme offerings. Top roles offered are software and web developer, data analyst, and associate engineer.
Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure with Wi-Fi availability in labs and library. Classrooms are projections and washrooms are cleaned regularly. The library is very big with good seating arrangements. Hostel rooms are average, and food quality is good. There is a playground and gym.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive in all aspects. Most of them are qualified and knowledgeable. The syllabus is VTU-based, and the college adds extra skill training with various clubs. Exams are not so difficult, and the pass percentage is around 80%-85%.
Other: I chose CSE since I am interested in coding and the tech field. Best about this course is that it has good placements. I wish that placement training should start early, and more practical exposure is needed. College has amazing fests and is well-connected with transport facilities. There are scholarships for merit and SC/ST students.

Placements: MVJCE maintains a strong placement track record across core engineering, IT, and management domains. Over 80%-90% of eligible students are placed every year in reputed companies. Top recruiters in IT & Tech are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, HCL, Dell, and Tech Mahindra. Core companies like L&T, Bosch, Continental, Mercedes-Benz R&D, and NTT Data Startups. Mid-size companies like Zifo, Juspay, Unilog, and many others. College has an good infrastructure.
Placements: Placements in our college are very low. Maybe around 10% of students got placed. I am currently doing my 3rd year, so I am not very aware of the highest and the lowest or average packages offered in my B.E course by a few companies. Internships have not yet started, so I am not sure about it.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and there are decent classrooms, labs, and hostel. I am not sure about the hostel thing because I am a day scholar. There are extra-curricular activities like sports, games, events and volunteers. We have many college clubs like dance, literally, singing, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are good. The current curriculum is very relevant to real world problems. Sem exams are moderate but not the same for all subjects. 40% is the pass percentage. We will get our sem question paper from externals, so we are not sure how difficult or easy the question paper maybe.

The campus is really nice and the people are very welcoming.
Placements: 60 percent of students were placed. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, the average was 5.5 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies that came were TCS, Cognizant, Sagility, and Mercedes, etc. 60-75% of students got internships at Sagility and NTT, etc. The jobs offered were for data analysts, coders, test engineers, and marketing.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided on campus are really good; the whole campus is maintained very hygienically. The classrooms are very clean, the canteen is good, and the campus is very green. The Wi-Fi is free and accessible to all students, and so is the library. The college is very active when it comes to sports like cricket, football, basketball, table tennis, kho-kho, and many more.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable and always ready to help. A few of them are a little hard to get close to, but they never deny you help. Yes, I wouldn't say this alone would make you a genius, but it is a start. You need to gain skills and understand the present industry, but what they are teaching you will act as a base. Semester exams are pretty hard, so make sure to refer to previous years' papers so you have an idea of how to study. The pass percentage varies every year, from 35% to 40%.
Other: This course intrigued me, as there is so much to explore and learn in this field. Maybe adapting to current trends and making us industry-ready would help. We have two major fests and one project expo that the college conducts every year. The first fest is cultural; it's called "Swayam," and the second fest is the technical fest, named "Vertex." All the college clubs come together to make these fests happen. Apart from these, there are always events happening on campus every month. The college is a very fun place to hang out. Everybody is really welcoming, and there are so many clubs you can be a part of. The college offers scholarships based on your marks in 12th and 10th grade.

MVJ almost balances with pros and cons equally.
Placements: The placements in college are below average, and only 30-40% of students are placed properly. The average package is ₹6,00,000, and the maximum goes up to ₹24,00,000. However, the college's placement selection is not up to mark. Main companies like Micro Focus, HP, and other small companies come for campus selection. Therefore, most students opt for off-campus selections.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well occupied with 60 students, and a projector is available with good air conditioning. The college provides a digital library and books as resources for study. They also provide free Wi-Fi inside the campus. The hostels are very near to the campus, and there is a common food court for the hostelers and day scholars. The food offers about 30 varieties, but the quality needs to be improved. The sports facilities also need to be improved, and more importance should be given to them, as they only send the college team to VTU tournaments.
Faculty: Most faculty members are Ph.D. holders and help us by clearing doubts during college hours. The teaching is good, but some teachers just read from PDFs and don’t explain much. Additionally, some are not well-versed with the syllabus and won't clear doubts. I feel this course syllabus doesn't help us succeed in our careers as it lacks relevance to current industry trends. The semester exams are moderate, but they can be hard, especially during internal exams when the syllabus is not completed. The pass percentage is around 70% in each semester, and it is based on credits achieved.

Good Support from Faculties
Placements: Good placement opportunities. Last year's Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduates received packages of 24 lakhs per annum, and students from various other branches secured packages above 8 lakhs per annum. Overall, placements are good.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, including classrooms with smart boards, good benches, and ventilation. There is a central library, a lawn, a canteen, and a playground. Hostel rooms are decent, and the food is better compared to outside PG accommodations.
Faculty: The faculty are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and have excellent teaching experience. The college follows the VTU curriculum, and the faculty teach effectively. Semester exams are similar to those at other colleges.
Other: I got an engineering seat through the KCET exam conducted by KEA. I chose CSE during counseling. There is only one fest held each year.

Really good infrasture college.
Placements: Mvj college of engineering placement 2023 report is not released. However, according to our college NTRF report the median package offered during 2022 is 4.5 LPA. The placement rate recorded during mvj college of engineering B.Tech and M.Tech placement were 84% and 91% respectively.
Infrastructure: Really good infrastructure. The classrooms are well maintained. There is a library, a playground and also robotics lab. Only certain college have robotics lab and digital library too. The college provides free Wi-Fi. The hostel is too good and also food in hostel as well good.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and used to guide the students the college had a qualified teaching staff. Teaching quality was also good. Few new courses were also added. All the faculty members have changed in the academic year of 2023 but the faculty are well educated and knowledgeable.

It is a good college for engineering.
Placements: Placements provided in our college are very good for departments like CS. Around 60% to 70% of placements are provided in our college for CS students. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered last year was 14 LPA. Some good companies like Bottomline, Microfocus, HP, Practo, Nagravision, and CSGI visit our college to offer placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and well-maintained. It has an eco-friendly and peaceful environment. The hostel is good and well-maintained but it is a bit strict. The food served in the hostel is good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and helpful. Some of them are very friendly and some are rude. The course curriculum is good. Electives are conducted based on the interest of students. Semester exams are not hard and students can easily score good marks.
